I feel that I was taken by this company. I had tried to search for Interlink Airways in South Africa but did not realize that this company had intentionally listed their company using SEO with nearly a screen full of various URLs supposedly for particular requests. Their SEO is designed to fool people trying to book with other airlines into instead booking with them. I did not notice that the booking was not with the airline--I thought the airline used this service for ticketing. After making the mistake of paying I found that this company charged much more than the airline's price for the tickets and they are all non-refundable. In addition they charged extra for assigned seats and then I learned no seats had been assigned. Had it not been late in the evening and had I been more alert I would not have been taken in by this company. I suggest trying to find the actual airline page and booking directly. In the USA I always do this. In Africa I was unfamiliar with how the system works. I advise AGAINST using them.

Realised I had made a mistake as soon as I finalised transaction. Flights booked were flexible flights. Phoned to cancel & they are trying to whack me with a $140 SERVICE FEE
I will never use them again !

Booked a Jetstar flight Hervey Bay to Sydney, 3day stay and return, and Flightnetwork site incorrectly said NO CARRY ON allowed on this flight, which seemed a bit odd, so I was forced to buy 15kg of checked baggage. Turns out, later, once Jetstar reference was activated, there IS carry on allowed up to 7kg, which is more than enough. .... I paid
$102 for checked baggage I DIDN'T NEED!! Called customer service, and got nowhere (of course).

They just tried to add $600 of my flights in few seconds before I finish the transaction. Never will try this website again!

THE PURCHASE WAS SEAMLESS BUT HAD PROBLEM WITH MY COMMBANK CREDIT CARD

The cost of the flight went up by $80 EIGHTY DOLLARS while I was in the middle of booking it... saying there was only one seat left and the cost increase was because of the increased demand. I booked and then was able to find the same flight for MUCH CHEAPER ($514 instead of $605) on another site. When I cancelled my FlightNetwork.com flight, I was charged a $45 cancellation fee. This entire thing felt like a scam. I will never use this site again and will let others know the website cannot be trusted to offer fair pricing.

I booked and realized I made an error within 2 minutes of creating the booking. I reached out to Support right away and was informed that I had to contact the Airline directly to inquire about canceling the flight and there was a $65USD cancellation fee. Even though I reached out within minutes of booking.

I understand the policies, but this was an honest human error and the Customer Service Team did not show an ounce of effort in trying to assist me, they simply stood behind their policies.

I recommend not booking through FlightNetwork, instead find the flights and then go book directly through the Airline's website.

Really disappointed with this experience and will never book through Flight Network again.

I inadvertently clicked on their site, as it was at the top of a Google search above Latam when I searched for Latam. Why? Got nothing as far as I could tell for paying 50% extra above the Latam fare for a flight from Lima to Cusco. Checked the price directly with Latam to verify price difference. AVOID!!!

Reservation website works well and is clear.

I called customer support on October 9, 2026, between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM regarding an accidental booking made for October 17. I respectfully explained the situation to a representative named Nyrene and asked to change the reservation to a different date. Instead of assisting me, Nyrene flat-out called me a liar, claimed I didn't book it by accident, and refused to help.
Her behavior was shocking, rude, and entirely unprofessional. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, she tried to deter me by saying they were all busy and that the wait in the queue would take a long time. She completely lacks the basic skills required to interact with clients respectfully or efficiently. Management needs to pull the call logs for order number 1157-937-666 and address this immediately.
