Good communication but a lot of upselling for standard services. I paid for check-in options only to be told afterwards that it‘s not available and that I need to check in at the counter nonetheless

I needed to reschedule my flight and it was an absolute nightmare. No effective assistance from MyTrip, chat that kept me waiting for hours for a useless agent and finally confession of inability to do anything. Avoid at all costs.
I strongly advise against booking with Mytrip – misleading pricing and poor customer service
I had a very disappointing experience booking a flight through Mytrip.
The price kept increasing during the booking process. My receipt showed 8,842.82 TRY, but my bank showed a pending charge of 9,150.92 TRY. Customer service attributed the discrepancy to exchange rates without providing a satisfactory explanation.
I contacted Mytrip approximately 10 minutes after booking to request cancellation, but I was told I would receive no refund.
I later found the same flight available at a significantly lower price directly through the airline.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid booking through Mytrip and book directly with airlines whenever possible.
I no longer trust this platform.
I booked a flight yesterday, it was rejected today. I had to book it again but the price was already higher:(
We got our trip cancelled 8 days before departure due to the flights changing flight time = our layovers got to short to be able to do. According to Mytrip they tried to search for other flights but couldn't find any. When we search there is a lot of options for flights, but they are significantly more expensive. Because of mytrip we have to pay 7 000SEK more per person for our trip.
Links don't work, booking code not shared. Trying to scam into extra costs.
It was rssy yo book and at the same time i get information about most important things about the trip.
You breached the contract of sale and introduced unacceptable changes to my flight
The flexible ticket option is just a scam, I added on the flexible optiion AND STILL now when I need to change it they are asking 4 times the price of if I would just buy a new ticket.
SCAM
The Agents really don’t understand their products. I was told that I could not make a name change with Scandinavian airlines. I called them and they were brilliant, not charge and instantly fixed. Another issue was charged when the airline said it was complimentary. Such a shame but I would not book through them again.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Steer away from them! It's not worth the price difference. I spent over 5 hours between them and TAP due to a flight schedule change that entitles me to a free re-booking, yet mytrip refuse to comply with my rights. It's a nightmare!
This is now my third review of an ongoing saga that has been going on for over two months now. Their latest reply to my most recent review only adds to my total frustration and anger at their inability to resolve a very solvable issue. The mytrip support team is well trained at lying insincerely:

I just want to say I don't believe a word of the above, I suspect this is still AI written and is another example of saying a lot without saying anything.
This is a big warning to everyone, these third party brokers like mytrip are fine when it goes right, but if something goes wrong, then they will do everything to avoid resolving your issue, keeping you hooked (like an abusive relationship) and they do not care about you. Which I can accept, I just wish they'd say it instead of pretending to help.
After being put into limbo purgatory through false promises by their support team, I've been forced to cancel a trip that I spent a year looking forward to and saving for, and I have asked for a refund. Which I now fully expect to have to fight for :(
