Before you travel
- Payment card: a credit card in the main driver's name is needed for the security deposit. Deposit amounts and accepted cards vary by location and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.
- Booked through a travel site? Check your voucher for what's included. Cover bought from a third party works differently from ours, and the counter will still need a deposit.

The car was good
The car was good, the agent was good, however, its been more than 3 months our deposit money was not returned yet despite several reminders.
This behaviour is not accepted from professional companies. U save should adopt good policies and ensure the deposited amount asap.

Car fine, pick up location not great, Bristol airport a disaster
No issues with the car for the few days, vehicle was spot on.the collection is off the airport campus and takes 10 mins to get to, led me to have to drive back into the airport to collect my family, which led to a fine from both the airport and hire company, it was for pulling in safely on the side of the road to pick them up....fined by airport and an admin fee from hire company...so beware and do your homework before going near Bristol airport..

Good option but not for a family trip
Very friendly and efficient team , vehicles in good condition but don’t go there if you want to have your grown up kids driving along on a family trip. Additional fee for driver under 25 is outrageous
