Before you travel

Very disappointed
The only positive impression was that the staff were friendly. However, I am disappointed for two reasons: one the late pick up from Airport since the company has no office in the airport, the second is that it has been nearly 20 days and my money has not been released yet. So, I am afraid that I have been ripped!

Everything went smoothly and very quickly. The staff at the desk were very friendly and welcoming. The Toyota Yaris was in perfect condition—exactly the car I had planned and expected. Highly recommend this Green Motion location at Paphos Airport for a hassle-free rental!

good vehicle, great staff
We received exactly the sort of vehicle we wanted - something on the smaller side rather than the "upgrade" to a large SUV that some places foisted upon us.
The staff at the location were helpful and friendly, and didn't pressure us to get more than what we'd booked.

Everything perfect, good car, good price and very nice people. The office is 10 minutes away from the airport, we had a shuttle.

Worst car hire I have ever used
Worst car hire I have ever used. I am used to other car rental companies in South Africa like Avis and Hertz which refund the deposit within 48 hours. With this one it was a nightmare. I received my deposit after six weeks subsequent to numerous phone calls and emails. And what outraged me the most, is when their staff and Financial Manager do not see anything wrong with their refund policy and see nothing wrong with the fact that the customers have to make phone calls and follow up on their deposit refunds. I would advise anyone to stay away from them if they want to maintain their sanity. Terrible refund policy and customer service, to say the least !!!😭😭😭😭😭
