I called about a different hotel
I called about a different hotel.
Somehow I ended up getting talked into another hotel. I explained that I was traveling alone, coming in at 1 am and that I wanted a safe area.
I booked the hotel the representative suggested because I thought the representative understood my needs.
I looked at the reviews once I was done booking and they were terrible “bullet holes” “ if I want an adventurous stay” “not clean”
No thank you I don’t. Very disappointed that I just got talked into a dump with a non refundable payment.

I made reservations for the hotel was very disappointed. She told me I could get a refund if my grandson doesn’t graduate cause they changed the dates when you’re in the service she said I could get a refund and I called back to change the dates and they charge me $113 more. I’ve traveled all over the world and never had to experience such horrible experience.

Refund
Alex led me to believe that I was speaking with a host “on site” at 2221 Elliston St Holiday Inn Express Nashville.
When asked what time I have till on the 12th to cancel, Alex said I couldn’t cancel. He also informed me that there was on-site parking. He failed to say it was concierge parking only.
I’ve been a valued Holiday Inn Member for over 40 years. He said he couldn’t give me a senior discount or allow membership point rewards.
Alex was not accommodating at all. Last time I book with Holiday Inn.
