Noah was super helpful with answering my question regarding my latest refill. Service was quick—much quicker than using the portal’s chat function. I appreciated that Noah checked in several times to make sure that we were on the same page and that my issue had been resolved. 10/10 would use phone support again if I had another pressing concern.

Exceptional Service and a Personal Touch!
I’ve consistently received exceptional service from Refills. When I had an issue with a previous order, Amelia immediately resolved it and made sure I received my replacement medication without any complications. When I reached out again with another question, she was just as quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. There may be plenty of companies to choose from, but the prompt, helpful, and personal service I’ve received from Refills truly sets them apart. After the first month it is clear this company is scam. They say the prescription has been pending tracking number for 18 days after time they call they just say they will escalate . When I call the pharmacy they say they cannot “release “ the product. Every day they just say they are escalating and nothing happens . On the phone now trying to cancel and they won’t even cancel without someone calling me back have spent hours on the phone going in circles getting nowhere run the other way

I've been using Refills for 6 months…
I've been using Refills for 6 months now to receive medication, and I've been very disappointed with the level of support and "medical care" I've received. During the course of my treatment plan, I have not had a single check-in from a physician to review my treatment plan with me. At the three-month mark, I completed a check-in form in which I selected that I wished to be contacted by a physician, but I never was. My subscription was just renewed for another 6 months, and I didn't even get asked to complete a check-in form this time. They just shipped the medication; I'm not sure at what dosage.
I have not had any issues with the medication itself or their partner pharmacy. However, if you're looking for actual medical care and guidance on your journey, I do not recommend using this service.
