The phone service is both the US and Europe is extremely bad, everywhere
The phone service is both the US and now Europe is horrendous. The sim card is literally and US and Europe sim card but it is virtually unusable.
Even manually trying to connect to some of the carriers for a better speed, you realise most of them are not accessible due to this rip off esim and them not agreeing with adequate service providers.

MobiMatter support refused my refund…
MobiMatter support refused my refund request with a completely false excuse! They claimed I "never contacted them to resolve the issue"—even though I explicitly sent them a support email on October 7th while I was still in Egypt.
They also claimed the eSIM worked properly because "9.8 GB was used". In reality, the connection was constantly dropping and reconnecting, causing background syncs to waste data without ever providing a functional, usable internet service.
Because of their broken service, I was left stranded without maps or the ability to call a taxi. Horrible service, dishonest support, and absolute refusal to take responsibility. Avoid MobiMatter at all costs!
