Customer service is not dead at Jetpac
So often I have found companies tend to ignore you once they have made a sale. Not so with the individual (Joevy) who was able to quickly resolve my problem. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the customer service that will keep Jetpac ahead of it’s competitors.

I am not the most tech savvy and before…
I am not the most tech savvy and before travelling overseas I decided to clean out all my old eSIMs. Well little did I know what hassle this would cause with no data at Immigration in India. Connected to the hotel Wifi I tried to problem solve with ChatGPT. Eventually I put the Jetpac helpline phone number into WhatsApp. Within a couple of minutes the technician was able to solve the problem and sent a link to reinstall a new eSIM with instructions of what to do in future.
I am so relieved. I had considered having to buy a new phone. Next time I think I will reach out to the help desk first. Great support.

Perfect for one off SIMs aboard
My UK provider is extremely expensive when using data aboard so I was looking for a cheaper, easy solution when I came across Jetpac. Honestly, over the last 3 years, its worked great. Italy, Poland, USA, Spain, Lithuania, Turkiye. Eventually, I started buying eSIMs for my mum when she went aboard too. She thinks its amazing too and started sharing it with her friends. My hope is that they don’t start to random increase prices otherwise I’ll have to find another provider!

Excellent customer service
I’ve used JetPac in a number of different countries and even though I’ve had problems setting the esims up (entirely my fault) the help via WhatsApp has been excellent.
Even when my friend, android, bought a number of eSIMs for a forthcoming trip and then found out her phone doesn’t support eSIMs, JetPac were excellent and cancelled and refunded I full.
I believe there are sometime cheaper I am so happy knowing that JetPac will help me if needed and that is worth more to me than perhaps saving a very small amount.

Good ESIM and very good customer service. I was helped by AngelikA as I was on the plane to Italy and she helped me answer all questions I had! Super nice! I had also previously used Jetpac in Japan so turns out it was the same esim from Japan that I’d use in Italy. Flawless. I reccomend Jetpac to anyone tbh and it’s affordable compared to other esims
