Very disappointing customer support – specific questions remain unanswered after numerous emails

I purchased two eSIMs for Turkey from Roamic, each with 10 GB of data. Unfortunately, my experience with customer support has been extremely disappointing.

The main issue concerns one eSIM that was activated on 18 September 2026. According to the usage information available to me, the entire 10 GB had been consumed. However, based on the circumstances of our trip, I had serious doubts about whether this usage was correctly attributed to the eSIM.

My concerns were heightened by the fact that Roamic support had previously acknowledged a mix-up between orders in connection with the other eSIM.

I contacted customer support several times, provided the relevant details and previous correspondence, and asked specific questions about the reported data consumption and whether another mix-up could have occurred.

Instead of receiving clear answers to these questions, I received generic replies that did not address the actual issue. Roamic has now confirmed that the eSIM is being investigated, but says it cannot provide a full breakdown of data usage for privacy reasons. I still have no satisfactory explanation of whether the reported consumption was correctly attributed to this particular eSIM.

I understand that technical problems can occur. What I find unacceptable is having to send so many emails without receiving a clear and meaningful answer to the questions I have actually asked.

My biggest disappointment is the customer support and the lack of a satisfactory explanation, not simply the data consumption itself.

Based on this experience, I would be very reluctant to rely on Roamic again for an important trip. I hope the company improves its handling of customer complaints and provides meaningful answers instead of generic responses.
