First time I needed to close the tank valve to flush my ISpring RO system (RCC1UP-AK) it would not close. I contacted ISpring about warranty replacement. The next day I received a call and an email from “John”. They sent me a replacement valve and a spare. What can I say except “ this is exceptional customer service”. Thank you John and ISpring.

I have dirty well water from a shallow well. iSpring Spin-down filters became apparent as a necessary pre-addition to my regular cartridge filter, with the WSP-ARB being the standout. The unit is the Cadillac of spin-downs, with the Auto Flushing Module. The unit is sturdily built and performs flawlessly. The mark of a good product isn't soley it's initial impression. When a warranty issue presented itself, the company stood out as taking care of its customers. I dealt with a technician named Robert during the entire process, not handed off, and once he agreed about the fix, I had a new part (ended up being the control module) within three days. I have not had a better customer service experience, and appreciate Robert's convivial professionalism. Excellent product, excellent customer service, excellent company. Would definitely recommend. Julius took care of my registration difficulties immediately. Every post purchase interaction I've had with iSpring has been very good. Prompt and detailed. I'm looking forward to years of clean water using this Reverse Osmosis system.

John helped me by sending missing accessories that were lost in shipping because of a damaged box. Communication was easy and quick quick.

I purchased the iSpring LED UVF8 to add to my current system to further ensure pure water. Shipping was fast, and the light is well-built, sturdy and was very easy to install to the current system. It has an LED indicator to let you know the UV light is working and killing any germs which is great.

I purchased the iSpring RCC7AK 6-Stage system for my home, and I am incredibly satisfied with its performance. Our tap water originally tested at a very high 444 ppm of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). After installing this system and running the water through the 6 stages, I re-tested it, and it dropped all the way down to 43 ppm!
The water tastes perfectly clean, crisp, and refreshing, with absolutely none of the flat or acidic taste you sometimes get with standard RO systems, thanks to the alkaline remineralization stage. The installation was straightforward, and the system runs smoothly. If you are looking for an effective, high-quality water purification system that delivers honest, measurable results, I highly recommend this one!

Going into RO systems I knew nothing and did some research and decided to settle on an ISpring system - Specifically the RCC1UP-AK

The box arrived extremely quickly and well packed, everything was properly labeled and the instructions were very straightforward.

Installation was also just as straightforward and I had no trouble on anything, definitely be certain not to over tighten the filters on initial setup - I intentionally left them a bit on the loose side to ensure this, then added just a bit more tightness after the system was turned on.

We followed all instructions and pre-rinsed the system, the first few tanks coming out had that rubbery taste from the tank but if you follow the directions and do a proper rinse a few times, it quickly wears off.

After 6 months of use, we followed the filter change suggestions (which the sediment filter even on "clean" city water was nasty - and then we started noticing an onion like smell/taste. Tried flushing many times but still there - so I launched a case with Ispring over the weekend and I think on Monday first thing I got a reply back from Laurence - he had me try turning off the UV system on it and walked me thru how the lamp based UV systems can sometimes do this with city/county water. Once I confirmed it fixed it, he got me a replacement LED UV part sent free of charge no questions asked!

In this day and age its hard to find companies that stand by their product (and are familiar with it) and willing to acknowledge the customer - for that alone I cannot recommend them enough! For Laurence to be able to get to the bottom of the problem in 2 emails with me and no questions asked have a fix for it in the mail - that made me a customer for life and already I am trying to get friends and family to order this system!

I had an issue that required I contact ispring service. My technician, John, was extremely helpful. Within a day he had ordered a full replacement tower for me. Highly recommend this company because of “John”

Easy use and checkout.

I love my ispring! I had the kitchen remodeled and had to drink unfiltered water direct from the city for a few weeks and we tasted and felt the difference in quality. We couldn’t wait to get back on our RO ispring. And whenever I have a question I call the cs number AND A HUMAN BEING ANSWERS THE PHONE. Sean and Robert in customer service are incredible! If you have any hesitation because you think the install or maintenance is above your skill level know the customer service at ispring is spot on!

John has the full commettent of giving the Customer what they really need.I told John my problem and he sent me what I needed to fix my,excellent Customer Service.Thank you John!!!

I was a little bit leery of buying a thankless RO unit but after reading reviews and talking with the customer service team, I bought it. The product was so easy to install to provide water at the kitchen sink and to my refrigerator for water and ice. Laurence was awesome to work with and provided amazing service. Great to work with a company that stands behind its products and provides excellent customer service.

The registration was easy even though I didn't have the information required. Julius was very easy to work with and made an effort to ensure that my registration was completed successfully.

John from customer support was extremely helpful in replacing parts I needed for my wster softener. He made the process simple and was actively communicating. Strongly recommend their customer support.

We did a LOT of research before landing on iSpring, looking for that sweet spot of quality, performance, and affordability. And we're so glad we did! Worth every penny.

We had a small hiccup after our initial installation (a missing RO membrane that was causing some vibration and noise), but John from customer support was an absolute gem. He was quick to respond, incredibly gracious, and walked us through exactly what needed to be installed to get everything running smoothly. Problem solved, seamlessly!

And now we couldn't be happier. Clean drinking water right on tap. The water tastes amazing, the system looks sleek and beautiful, and our kids LOVE it. They hop up to fill their own water bottles, which is a win in itself!

This is my first time working with this company. On a Friday afternoon I called in because nothing was working. I spoke to a gentleman named John who walked me through the whole process of troubleshooting and immediately ordered out the replacement part that we needed. Great customer service.

Had a leak issue with a WSP50GR John graciously sent me replacement O rings, which unfortunately didn't rectify the leak issue. So ... John, sent a complete replacement which of course resolved everything! Their customer service, people and policies are exceptional! John is the best! Thanks for what you do so well!
