Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I was told I could burry the unit, the was told it closed my warranty. Then was sent a new unit to place above the ground and have messaged multiple times trying to reconfirm my warranty is now valid and have not heard back.

I was sceptical at first of this product but after researching and reading the reviews, I was inspired to buy the filter system. Let me tell you that I am glad I did. The ease of the purchase was simple, the delivery was quick and the installation was easy. I have had the system in for about a week now and I have had no issues or leaks. The water tastes better and my dogs love the water too. I put my stamp of approval on this product.

This is my fourth unit I have purchased over the years, love your water quality and taste. The original faucet provided with thid unit leaked from the area where the spout joins the body. I called your help number and they sent me a new faucet. Love that type of service where you accept responsibility for the issues.

The customer service was excellent. I received the Express water purification system on time, but one small part was missing from the kit. I contacted customer support, they acted very promptly and sent me the missing part. The water tastes great !
