Purchased the Waterdrop G3P800.
I am happy with the performance and quality.
The unit is quiet and occasionally makes a short low grade hum when doing its thing which is not problematic.
I have not changed the filters yet and cannot comment on that.
There were surprises in the installation process.
The UV and MNR remineralization filter gets spliced into the blue lines.
There were no clear instructions regarding the MNR filter installation.
This is what the extra remineralization independent filter means.
Includes a PE pipe cutter to perform the task.
I reached out to customer service.
Customer service was friendly, accommodating, and answered all of my questions.

After researching various RO systems, I went with water drop and purchased through their website. I contacted customer service about an issue and Beria responded back promptly to resolve it. I appreciated her thorough responses to my queries and would definitely reach out if I had any further issues.
Haven’t tried the RO yet so can’t comment on that!

I have been loving the water filter and it has exceeded my expectations. I’ve tried multiple portable filters and none have worked as well as this one for the saline water Perth offers.

We had an amazing experience with Siki as she has been super helpful ensuring all our concerns are addressed. She has gone out of her way to ensure our product is delivered on time and has been very quick in her correspondence.

Doreen was great during all of this. Passing along troubleshooting step unit finally sending a replacement unit and return shipping label for defective one. They even gave me a free replacement CF filter cartridge for my trouble. Things can go wrong; it's how a company responds when you need help that matters. Waterdrop delivered. :)

Reverse osmosis countertop was a livechanging thing for me. Drinking clean water, feel better. The customer service is 10/10, especially Beria who helped me a lot, when I noticed the price decreased on product which I purchased, and support provided the best solution as a difference refund with small gift for me. I purchased the counter top water drop unit earlier this summer. The water tastes great and when I needed help, Owen from the customer service department was there every step of the way. At first, I ran into some issues receiving the order. However, Beria is an excellent professional who diligently resolved all the problems I encountered—promptly, thoroughly, and kindly.
As for the machine itself, it’s a FIVE-STAR product. The Waterdrop M6HG Mineral Instant Hot RO System is super easy to install and use, and the water is perfect. It was one of the best purchases I’ve made in recent times. Honestly, I highly recommend it.

A very good product, saving lots of plastic waste from water bottle. I never used Kettle again for tea. Just a caution, during cold winter, let some water go before you collect hot water in the mug. When I needed resolution from Customer service, Kariba provided excellent customer service, better than I expected. Overall satisfied with the product and customer service.

I recently dealt with their customer service team on a price adjustment issue and they were fantastic. Swift responses, asked for my proof of purchase and latest sale price and the issue was resolved. They stand behind their 30 day price protection claim.

we had an x12 undersink filter which malfunctioned after we swapped out the filters. Waterdrop was very responsive, and especially their customer service representative Doreen who shepherded me through the whole process of getting a replacement which is now installed and working perfectly.

I submitted a 1* review on 25 Sept 2026 due to abysmal customer service. That seemed to have struck a nerve as I then received much better service. I was provided compensation of two CF filters for the aggravation and Hailey Z of customer service was very communicative.

They have a good product and I told them that it would be relatively easy to fix the customer service issues which would drive retention and possibly increase sales.

I wanted to update my experience to potential customers, hence the new rating of 4*. Given that communication improved and compensation provided, I feel it important to provide a review based on my current experience.

When I had an issue with my countertop filter, Kimberly was so patient and responsive. She sent a replacement right away and was so kind throughout the whole process.

Purchased the X16 and unfortunately the delivery carrier left my package outside my property. I was not home at the time of delivery and when I got home, my package was missing. I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful and kind. Beria was so helpful and assisted me with my issue and ensured it was resolved. Amazing customer service and really made me feel like they were always willing to assist and went above and beyond to ensure resolution. So happy to have bought the product and on top of that the installation was very easy and the water tastes amazing. I highly recommend !
