Extremely unprofessional and…
Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I contacted Broadway Bus Lines to book a Sprinter van for a birthday celebration. I was told everything was being confirmed and that I was simply waiting for payment instructions. At the last minute, I was told the van was not available after all.
What made this even worse was the lack of communication. My calls and messages were not answered, and I was left scrambling at the last minute to find another Sprinter van for an important birthday celebration.
If you are planning an event, I would not rely on this company. Reservations should be confirmed clearly and customers should not be left without transportation at the last minute.

Because of the last minute nature of my request, I didn't really expect to find a bus in time but Paul got us to Vegas on time! Thanks again!

We don't have any bookings under the name of Emma - can you share your booking id with us to check ? This seems like a way to harm our reputation and of jealousy for all the good things that we have been doing.

Great reservations team
I rented an air conditioned bus for my bachelorette party weekend. Alex was very helpful in the booking process, and David (the driver) was promptly early for pick up. Although the conditions of the bus weren’t ideal at the start, the Broadway Bus team quickly worked to connect with me and provide a compensation for the mishap. They are professionals!

Overall experience was great
Overall experience was great, driver was very accommodating and always on time. My group had a wonderful trip! I will note that there wasn’t a aux cord so bring a speaker! We utilized the microphone and had so much fun. Aside from music trouble, everything was perfect!

An absolute must for concert travel!!!
We had the absolute best experience with this company. From beginning to end, the communication from the team was wonderful. I always had someone that I could reach out to and ask questions and I was fully prepared to inform our party of 14 on the day of our event with every detail. The booking process was easy. The staff was informative and friendly, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless, top of the line travel experience. I will definitely be using them again.
