From RealPage to the Ceiling Bug

Per gli italiani una nota alla fine
Complaining about glitches? Think again. This is a predatory algorithmic instruction. If you are a European business or enterprise client, you need to audit your invoice history immediately.

You will quickly notice that many of your invoices are completely non-compliant. The totals do not match the actual bank transactions. These petty thieves have been skimming a cent off your account, exactly as they did to us. That mysterious "discount" you noticed at the end of 2025? It was not accidental—it was a deliberate pattern.

If you are a Business client of these penny-pinching scammers, move fast and file an immediate criminal complaint with the authorities. Do exactly what we did and do not fear them. The truth has no appeal! Trustpilot isn't enough here—the Law is required.

sei italiano ? controlla le fatture che hai ricevuto e comparale con l'estratto conto bancario. Scoprirai che ti hanno messo in guai seri.

I can say only scam

What can I say ? My mistake was not to check the reviews before using them. Looking for a delivery, I've choosen one with the price higher because i needed to be delivered in 2 days, not 4 as the standard. Result ? they bring back the box to me after 10 days becuase they couldn't delivery (and I'm used to send to that address at least once every 3 months without problems). We always look for cheaper alternatives... but this is the result

No Customer Communication about Lost Packagesu

I ordered something through Lotioncrafter. A few days after being notified the package had shipped, I tried to track the package. It still stated that the package was awaiting acceptance. Now on the 10th day since being shipped it still says the same thing. I called the post office about it, and they said it has been lost. It's now been 10 days and I have had no communication from Lotioncrafter, Auctane Shippingeasy, or the post office. When I googled this company to see its reviews, I was disgusted with Lotioncrafter and USPS for using such an unreliable program.

Auctane now owns Stamps.com

I signed up with Stampscom in December 2025. I have been trying for two months to get back $70 I put in an account with Stamps.com for purchasing shipping labels. I never even successfully shipped one package. NOT ONE!I I have gotten every excuse they can come up with for why I still don't have MY money back. The latest is that my bank declined their attempt to deposit money into my account (said no bank ever!) But they successfully did two setup deposits for $1 each after they started telling me this, and they have been telling me the check's in the mail for weeks now. I went on line to look up who owned Stamps. Com, and found it now belongs to Auctane.
The USPS site turned out to be less, easier, and didn't make me keep an account balance to purchase shipping labels from.

I have NEVER seen such poor service;

I have NEVER seen such poor service; I could drive to California and back to pick up packages myself in the time it is taking them to arrive. Tracking is a joke. As mentioned in previous reviews they show them 'in transit' for weeks!

I got an email from USPS Informed…

I got an email from USPS Informed Delivery saying a package would be delivered by 9pm and that it had to be signed for. I work from home and the package never arrived. Nevertheless I got an email saying that it was delivered, and I clicked on the tracking link. It says I signed for it. I never did. Still trying to figure out what’s going on. No way to contact anyone, and no idea what it is. Ridiculous.

Worst service ever.

I have had to report lost packages with this company twice already! They are the slowest shippers I have ever seen. My shipments from them are in transit to the next station for DAYS. Anyone thinking of using auctane to ship your customers packages, DON’T!!!!!!!!

Horrible company. …

This company has the worst customer service you could ever imagine. I was told I was shipped a package through them. It never arrived. They have washed their hands of it. Won't do anything about it. Won't track it for me. Won't tell me who shipped it so I can track it. Won't contact the company that had them ship it. So they got paid to do a job that they didn't do. They don't care. If I could write them less than one I would. I wonder if they really even ever shipped it.
