No updates since order, nothing delivered. Not a way to get me to purchase again. In fact if I don't see something soon will cancel.order.

I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order; it's been over 2 weeks. Shipping US from US is slow. I love the filament; I would love it even more if it showed up in a reasonable time.

As always, great product promt service. But ----- I have a large tote on the porch that is clearly marked for deliveries. Everything was left on top of the tote. Not inside of it. One spool was in a small box by itself. There was a label on it but it wasn't even taped and could have arrived empty. I usually received notification when my order is "out for delivery " or "delivered". It was delivered on Wednesday 9/2/26. Today is Friday 9/4/26. No notification. I realize this is a delivery issue for the most part, but bad delivery could result in loss of customers. I am extremely happy with product but concerned with delivery. Great filaments and very nice reps
I met one of the Amolen reps at a 3D printing conference. I loved the products they had and was thrilled to receive a show special. I was quickly able to order the filaments I wanted and they were shipped in a timely matter. Love the colors I chose and will order more!

We completely understand your frustration and apologize for the delivery delay you are experiencing. We looked into your order immediately and can confirm that it was actually processed and shipped out on the exact same day you placed it (June 24).
However, we noticed that the shipping address provided at checkout was incomplete—it is missing the street name and only lists "Apt. 3". Because of this, the local carrier is likely having trouble locating the correct destination, which is causing the delay on their end.
We definitely want to help you get your filaments!

Not arriving on time
I would have given 5 stars only because I love using your filament, yet when placing this order it said it would arrive on the 28th to the 30th of June and it still has not arrived. I really wanted to use it for some 250 USA things for the family. I’m also disappointed in the tracking information. It should have showed some movement by now.
