Most customer service representatives don’t take the time to follow up with customers after that much time, but Jessica did. That extra effort really stood out to me and shows how much she genuinely cares about her customers. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and excellent service!

Excellent product and outstanding customer service! We purchased an outdoor display screen for our event hall so guests can easily see which parties are taking place upstairs and downstairs. The screen works great and is exactly what we needed.

She stayed on top of my order, even marked it as urgent it as I needed it ASAP. Arrived hours before my party started and the constant communication made me trust the company, sales person, and their whole process.

Customer service was outstanding! Joan really went out of her way to make sure that the delivery was made before our event and coordinated it beautifully. Very pleased with the service!

Jessica helped me troubleshoot a problem with my first 360 when an employee decided to hold the arm instead of turning it off. The engine burnt out and Jessica helped me replace the parts and now is working again.

Screen is exactly as advertised. Shipping was quick. Customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend. I use a third party yodeck software for my controls. Had zero issues connecting the screen to my UniFi network and implementing the app. Prices can’t be beat. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again or recommend them. I was nervous at first, I’m not now. 5⭐️
