We’re at a pivotal moment where Agentic AI is redefining the future of customer experience. Chelsea Bleeker reacted on thisChelsea Bleeker reacted on thisOver the past twelve years, I’ve built a career as a Registered Dietitian across renal and pediatric nutrition — leading patient education, lab monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives, managing clinical teams, and supporting dozens of kidney transplant recipients through their journeys. Now I’m channeling that experience into a new mission at Southwest Transplant Alliance: helping give the gift of life. In this role, I’ll work to strengthen hospital relationships and partner with care teams to facilitate the honorable opportunity for organ and tissue donation. I’m grateful for everything my clinical career taught me about the transplant journey — and energized to now support it from an entirely new vantage point.

Chelsea Bleeker reacted on thisChelsea Bleeker reacted on thisZendesk rejected my application. Then offered me something better. I applied for an AE role. It made sense on paper. Years of quota, pipeline, cold calls. Then the interviews happened. We naturally talked about my agents. My n8n connections. The Agent dashboard I've built. My prompting, my Claude setups. All the stuff I test because I find it too interesting to stop. Long story short: I didn't get the AE job. I got a question instead. "Would you consider joining the Solution Engineering team? You'd be great with us." So. Secret's out. I'm a Solution Engineer at Zendesk now. Two weeks in, one bootcamp down, surrounded by teammates whose energy and professionalism is honestly a masterclass. Here is something I actually want you to take from this: Build things. Even when people make fun of you. Even when nobody around you gets it. If you like it, do it repeatedly. Then show it to the people who know. They noticed the mother of agents before the seller. Ever been hired for a job you didn't apply for? (Yes, the glasses are new. Solution Engineers are contractually required to look like this😁) #AI #AgenticAI #SalesLife #FutureOfWork #Zendesk

Chelsea Bleeker reacted on thisChelsea Bleeker reacted on thisA fun paradox about marketing right now: we have more data, more tools, and more tech than ever, and somehow most brands are still stuck with the same unanswered questions. That's the marketing intelligence gap, and I had a blast digging into it with Jamie Moran at our Practix event last night. We talked about what it actually takes to close the gap: a unified data foundation, smarter measurement, and a team that knows how to make the platform actually deliver. Thanks to everyone who joined in person and remotely! The questions were sharp and the conversation was the best part. We're building some badass stuff over here, and nights like this prove people are ready for it. https://lnkd.in/g_2FZ9pk

Today’s discussion offered valuable learning around what it takes to move beyond AI adoption and toward AI experiences that are understandable, responsible, and genuinely useful. From governance and human oversight to bias monitoring, customer communication, and measuring trust over time, the conversation highlighted practical considerations for organizations navigating this fast-evolving space. Most of all, thank you to my leadership, colleagues, and teams who made the time memorable. I’m excited to announce that I’ve joined Zoom to lead Global Customer Success. Zoom is leading the way building the AI-powered system of action that connects collaboration, customer experience, and employee experience -- changing how work actually gets done. Chelsea Bleeker reacted on thisChelsea Bleeker reacted on this🎤 The one time I really need a microphone: An announcement that feels like over a decade in the making: Meet Scout! A elite talent agency for RevOps, GTM, AI, and IT talent, built for search specialization and to modernize the staffing model. The philosophy is in the name: great scouts never choose between instinct and data. They sharpen one with the other. Instinct, sharpened by data. To the people who have been in my corner since day one and those I've collected over the years (and wouldn't let go) — you know exactly who you are. I would be NOTHING without each of you. The entire internet doesn't have enough room to show my gratitude. Thank you. This announcement took a back seat to the work itself, the Scout way. For everyone I haven't gotten to tell in person — Scout is excited to meet you! For all those I owe a call back or message to, never be afraid to double dial me, I don't want anyone lost in the shuffle. If you're building a team this year, or ready to be scouted, you know where to find me. "Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change.” -Brene Brown. Consider this all three. 🦸♀️

The Commercial CSM, Part 4 Friendly Updates vs Commercial Conversations Most Senior CSMs are excellent communicators. That is not the issue. The issue is the kind of conversations they are trained to have. In many organizations, success gets measured by how well a CSM delivers: Project updates, Roadmap walkthroughs, Polished QBR storytelling, and “everything is green” check-ins. Those are friendly updates. They feel useful. They almost never change revenue. The quiet shift As the role becomes more commercial, the conversation that truly matters is no longer: “Here’s what we’ve done.” It becomes: “Here’s what you are deciding.” That is a fundamentally different skill. What actually changes in a commercial conversation A Commercial CSM stops optimizing for: Harmony, Likability, and flawless slide decks. And starts optimizing for: Clear decisions, Real alignment on priorities, and economic reality. This is not about being aggressive. It is about being precise. What this looks like in practice Instead of saying: “We’re driving adoption across your teams.” You say: “Based on the budget signals you’re sending, cost reduction is your priority this quarter. That changes how we should define success.” Instead of saying: “Here’s the value we delivered.” You say: “If this outcome truly matters, this is the decision that needs to be made.” You are no longer just narrating what happened. You are shaping what happens next. The reframe Friendly updates keep everyone comfortable. Commercial conversations change outcomes. Senior CSMs are not turning into salespeople. They are becoming decision partners. In Part 5, I’ll unpack how to spot weak signals earlier so these conversations happen before the renewal clock starts ticking. If your role has evolved faster than your job description, you are not alone.

RevOps falls apart when Sales, CS, and Product each have their own version of the truth. Cassidy fixes that with automations that keep everyone working from the same playbook: Auto-update Salesforce after calls — notes, next steps, and MEDDIC fields updated without reps lifting a finger. Push product feedback to Jira/Roadmap — feedback from CS calls lands in the right backlog instantly. Track renewal risks in Gainsight — key signals from Slack, calls, and emails flagged before it’s too late. No chasing down details. No siloed workflows. Just one source of truth, kept fresh automatically. #Ops #SalesOps #CustomerSuccess #ProductManagement #AIforBusiness #CassidyAI

CS Ops and RevOps shouldn't be competing. We're force multipliers for each other. Most orgs treat these functions like they're at odds: -RevOps focused on net new -CS Ops focused on retention -Both fighting for resources, attention, and executive buy-in That's a systems architecture problem, not a people problem. I manage strategic renewal operations. When I look at how CS and RevOps interact, I don't see competing priorities... I see an opportunity to build infrastructure where both functions amplify each other. The question isn't "who owns what." It's "how do we architect systems where everyone gets what they need from the same foundation." I built an AI-powered assessment system that compiles objective account health across multiple data sources. Here's what that architecture enabled: RevOps gets reliable retention metrics that feed into company-wide forecasting models. I get the early risk signals and forecast accuracy I need to manage renewals strategically. CSMs get actionable insights automatically, no more waiting on reports or building spreadsheets. Executives get a single source of truth. Same data. Different views. Zero conflict. Most leaders think about tools. I think about how information flows through an organization and who needs what, when, and why. That's the difference between managing systems and architecting them. When CS Ops and RevOps work as true partners... when you design systems that serve both, you don't just improve efficiency. You change what's possible for the entire go-to-market org. #CustomerSuccess #RevOps #GTMStrategy #SystemsThinking #OperationsExcellence #AIDrivenData
