“I worked with Dawn Gartin for approximately a year and a half as our Customer Success Manager. She was very organized and setup biweekly calls to ensure we stayed on track for our project as well as following up on any items that needed to be addressed. Some of the items that needed attention required that she follow up internally with her product team so she could provide an update on their progress. Our customers connected from across the globe to share, learn and help each other. We started with 85 attending our first event and grew in 2021 to over 500 attendees in 45 different topic rooms.
