DHL is antiquated
DHL is antiquated, you see robots and drones AI driven in their advertisement. Unfortunately in 2024 to realize that the postnumber for a packstation is missing at the shop, or at any step before the delivery guy reach the packstation, ... well that is next level technology apparently impossible to achieve for DHL. I can help you, have you ever heard of "forms" and OCR technology ?.
P.S. What is the point of claiming "go-green" logo on a delivery that simply could have been "Fixed" easily and before doing 1200 Km with consequently CO2 emitted

Good experience in general, sometime they cancel but at least they refund immediately. In case of Delay they offer compensation if you take the train.

I ordered and paid a laptop the…
I ordered and paid a laptop the 3/08/2023 over 2000 Euro. After the time to deliver was expired I tried to reach the company (1 E-mail, 1 by form and 2 by phone calls), they were all ignored. I decided to close the contract the 29/08/2023, with this communication they started to answer. After an exchange of E-Mail (via form) in which the company tried to convince me to not cancel with "gift", "discount", and "upgrades, I decided to cancel anyway, because I did not have any thrust. Up to now 15 September, they are still retaining the money. Terrible experience and disregard for the client

If you have an ongoing booking, we send reminders by e-mail every month so that you don't forget them. You can also easily find an overview of all your bookings in your customer account under "Manage account" > "My contracts". There you can also easily cancel your contract with just a few clicks.
