Very disappointing experience with Taxfix. They submitted my tax return without asking for all the necessary documents. Later, I was informed that my case was incomplete and many additional documents were needed. When I asked Taxfix for help, they said it was a separate request and their job was already done. Very unprofessional and frustrating service.

€99.99 for a tax return that is not even optimized. A ripoff. Don't fall for this scam

Great experience, and reliable help!
Taxfix made the whole experience which would normally be excruciating, actually quite simple and streamlined. Their tips to get some extra refunds were excellent and they kept me updated through the whole process, and the price is almost nothing compared to what an accountant would charge.

Tried to use the recommended Taxfix…
Tried to use the recommended Taxfix premium service. The tax return form was sent in July and for 2 months it was not even being processed by the tax advisor. The support is not able to unlock my form so I can send it directly. The customer service is awful by any standards, the AI is tremendously limited an unhelpful and the human support is not available in a live chat, only replying to the messages within 48 hours! Really bad experience this year.

Overpriced service and mediocre experience
Overpriced and genuinely useless platform. Expert Service isn’t working at all. Only possible benefit is of this app is English translation, but I would recommend Check24 Steuer - which is for free.
