This has been the worst shopping…
This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The clothes I received were poor quality, and nothing like the photos or descriptions. I returned them immediately and provided proof from the courier that the package was delivered and signed for by your company.
Despite this, my refund has still not been processed. This situation is highly disappointing.
I have sent you several emails regarding my refund, but your replies have been extremely slow. I have also tried calling, but no one answers.
