Just had an online shop with loads of items missing we rang customer service which was useless gave conflicting advice each time we rang . Driver came back for items which were for next delivery but would not sort ours out . Will never use again . Gone to Widnes store and had excellent customer service and sorted it out. The online customer service needs sorting though.

I have used myjar a few times and had very good service . Due to their new checks I have been turned down and I fully understand why . Hopefully when my credit report gets better I will be able to borrow again . Thanks for great service .
