Ordered flowers to be hand delivered on a next day service which I paid a premium for, they arrived via royal mail very damaged and brown. Tried to contact the company several times and have been completely ignored. I do not recommend using this company at all.

I just cannot rate Fletchers Flowers highly enough! Although my order was a last-minute one, Kyle really went above and beyond to ensure my order of a basket of flowers would be the perfect gift for my friend: and it certainly was! The flowers were both stunning and very fresh and were delivered as per my instructions. My friend was extremely delighted.
