The accommodation we booked was not available.
Instead we were allocated a grubby and worn caravan. I had to clean before we could use. I was very upset having driven from Lincoln to Burnham-on-sea and very tired. My husband persuaded me to make the best of it.
Half way through our holiday we returned home as we couldn’t stand it any longer. Worst Hoseasons experience ever.
We have complained to Hoseasons via email and sent them photographs. I have not had a response. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Long wait but when my order arrived I was over the moon. I ordered 5 items and they fit and look great.

Love these products, really well made & company easy to deal with.
My only complaint is as a petite person (5’2”) some things I’ve ordered just bury me, & I’ve had to return. There sizes are very generous so unusually it’s best to size down.

This company explain their prices & reasoning. I switched to them years ago & have found them easy to talk to & get straight forward helpful answers in these difficult challenging times.

Phone answered quickly. Staff understanding & eager to help. I just wish the admin staff followed my instructions in the first place, then I wouldn’t have to contact them to put it right.
