Incorrect discount signage in the gift shop BEWARE!!
The breakfast and tour were great but the incorrect signage in the gift shop stating 20% off four items meant that we did not receive the discount we were expecting. When I contacted customer services this offer is off specific ranges which is not mentioned at all in all the signage around the gift shop. Please be aware you will not receive a 20% discount off 4 items unless they are a specific range.

Halloween bowls are lovely design but just a bit disappointing that they are not microwave safe. Also more attention towards functionality; dishwasher use - the base of the bowl holds water, when upside down, so have to give them an extra dry when emptying dish washer!

The cost of your products has escalated to a level that makes purchasing unrealistic. The quality has deteriated with grazing and cracks appearing. It is a shame.
Also so much packaging on small items.
