Preppers offers a vast range of good equipment at decent prices and I have been a customer for many years.
However, there would appear to be a problem with Preppers’ chain of suppliers.
On 22/07; I had placed an order for 8 items.
However, the package had not arrived before I went on holiday on 07/08.
Therefore, I requested the package be delivered either to my neighbour or alternatively to my home address after 19/08.
I received a refund for 1 item which had no longer been available and would appear to have caused the delay in shipment.
This is the second time that an item had been advertised as available only to be cancelled.
However, I did not receive further confirmation that the package had in fact been shipped.
Fortunately, Royal Mail confirmed the package had actually been delivered to a different neighbour on 12/08.
Otherwise, I would not have known of dispatch.
Preppers has a good reputation with its customers and it would be a shame for this to suffer as a result of poor suppliers.

I saw an item of the website, which was out of stock.
When I received notification that the item was back in stock, I purchased and the item was shipped on the same day, so I eceived very prompt delivery.

Delivery issues need to be resolved, as often items are not in stock. I had been notified on 28/09 that my package had been received and notified 30 minutes before delivery on 30/09 that delivery would be made.
I can also do without the annoying emails of ‘my items’ having been kept safe.
If I wish to buy, I will, without the need of annoying reminder emails.
Why have vendors signed up for this software that will alienate customers?
