This is now the second time this has…

This is now the second time this has happened, and honestly, your service is becoming incredibly unreliable. What is the point of paying for next day delivery when my parcel never arrives the next day? The tracking repeatedly says it will arrive today, only for it not to show up. I paid extra for a service that I’m not receiving, I want my shipping costs refunded.

Driver stated that they attempted…

Driver stated that they attempted delivery but they did not. This happened two days in a row meaning I had to stay in two days in a row for no reason whatsoever. I was informed bu others that they simply take parcels to a pick up point rather than attempt delivery. Totally unaccelptable given i am disabled. Contacted DHL who had no interest.

Fantastic service

There was very good communication about when to expect my delivery. As I came to the door, holding my baby, not only did they hand me my package but also offered to pick up all my post from the floor to give to me. They went above and beyond - thank you!
