I would definitely not recommend this firm and I wish I had read reviews on here first
I did make a order for 8 new windows and payed a deposit (Wish I had not) and the rest on finance but the finance was turned down
I texted the rep to get my deposit back who said I would have a phone call from finance but not phone call texted rep again with threats of further action again he said I would get a phone call again no phone call my next port of call was to ring them but the lady on the phone had no manners at all even with a threat of further action but I did get a call back later in the day after giving my details she said I would get it back 3 to 5 days which I did why so long when it goes straight out of my bank
My opinion is go with a reputable firm
Just to let you know I am having my windows done cheaper price than I was given by Securd Homes Ltd with finance
