AS MY HUSBAND AND I ARE DISABLED WE REQUIRED A LOT OF ASSISTANCE FROM THE DRIVERS AS WE WERE TAKING AN ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR, 4 SUITCASES AND 2 HAND LUGGAGE. THE ONLY PROBLEM ON BOTH TO AND FROM HEATHROW WAS THAT THE VEHICLE WAS A TIGHT SQUEEZE FOR ALL WE WERE TRAVELLING WITH EVEN THOUGH WE HAD SPECIFIED THE NEED FOR A VEHICLE BIG ENOUGH TO TRANSPORT EVERYTHING

Both drivers arrived in good time .
Both drivers arrived in good time .. only one thing , we find drivers sit with their chair very far back and leave little room for second passengers legs .. they are not always keen to move their seat which can make it slightly uncomfortable.. but service in arriving on time has improved a lot .. thankyou
