Efficient and knowledgeable installer
The engineer turned up on time and was very efficient doing our installation and very knowledgeable about the system workings. In arranging the installation, the interaction between the various areas of ADT can be a bit confusing.

Easy to use and effective to get best price
It was easy to input data for a buildings and contents insurance quote from multiple providers. As a result of doing this I obtained a reduction of annual premium from over £2000 to around £550.

Anthoney Pinnock was great, and did various additional tasks as well as what we called him out for.
We had to replace the batteries in our smoke alarm. The engineer, Anthoney Pinnock came promptly after phoning to tell us he was on his way. He was polite and enthusiastic, and he also replaced the batteries in all our other devices, and, at my request, provided some advice about acquiring a door camera.

Excellent and cost effective service
If you live in London and are travelling on BA or another partner airline with heavy bags, this is a no brainer. It worked out cheaper than a taxi to LHR and avoids lugging bags to the terminal and waiting at bag drop. I had various doubts befire making the booking, ehich were answered promptly by e-mail. The driver was friendly and checked in our 4 bags under 2 BA booking references as required.

Kitchen appliances delivery
We had two deliveries of kitchen appliances from AO and both came on the day stated when we made the orders. We got a text message and e-mail on the delivery days at 0700 with a 4 hour delivery window and in both cases the items were delivered within that window. The delivery personnel were polite and efficient in both cases.

Competitive price, helpful specification meeting and professional, timely installation
Our installation was completed quickly, efficiently and professionally exactly at the time we were to expect it. The price was considerably below that quoted by local competitors, for what appears to be an identical product. Simon's visit to us was also the most useful one as he made good suggestions regarding what to install, and gave an additional suggestion to change the handles on the windows to narrower ones which made the shutters fit into the frames better.
