Complaint handling
I have had a very frustrating experience with this company and have been extremely disappointed by how my complaint has been handled during and after the event.
Our driver failed to collect us from a Fuerteventura hotel to return us to the airport. We ended up getting a taxi and incurring more costs.
I have entered into email dialogue and still not received an apology or compensation.
Based on their non existent customer service I will no longer be using Hoppa and will not recommend them to anyone either!

Shuttle bus from Corfu airport to Kassiopi
Our shuttle bus was waiting for us when we walked out of the airport. The agent had a sign with my name on and she was friendly and welcoming. The instructions to find her were clear, as was all communications. The trip to our resort was straightforward and the driver helpful. The instructions for our return journey are also clear and on paper.

Hoppa have never let us down and is more cost effective than group shuttle
We have booked Hoppa services on many occasions over the years when booking flights and hotels independently and have always had a timely efficient service.
We recently holidayed using a holiday company booking their shuttle service believing that would be more efficient... This did not prove to be the case and we had considerable hassle with the holiday company to get them to provide Ubers from and to the airport.
In the course of our complaint to them on our arrival home I checked the cost to us had we booked Hoppa and found that * holidays actually cost about £27 more.
Our next holiday with * holidays is in April and I had booked their shuttle. Now cancelled this and booked Hoppa saving us £15 and anticipating a far better service

Used Hoppa a couple of times now and always been fantastic . Our trip from faro to Albufeira old town this time was no different. Easy to book a transfer, however a list of available pickup/dropoff points would help people staying in rental apartments find their nearest point.

I booked transfers with Hoppa for the first time and they also provided me with a 30% discount. My confirmation email arrived and the return date and time was wrong so on contacting them this was quickly rectified so all good to go now thanks to Hoppa
