Excellent from start to finish. Thanks to WhatsApp, the driver and I were able to be in contact in the event of any flight delays. In both directions the drivers were punctual. Very comfortable, clean vehicles, drivers with top notch driving abilities and very personable.

I'm so impressed with Welcome Pickups. All our transfers were professional, on time, and very comfortable. The drivers were all polite and helpful advising what to see when arriving at a new destination. I would highly recommend using Welcome Pickups and I'll be using them again on our next holiday.

Driver arrived early, waited for us and was very helpful. We arrived at the airport early and he told us where we had to check in. Very friendly, very nice, definitely will use again.

On time, clean car good driver

Always on time always reliable. Drivers come to your door which in Europe is very important given the small streets and no parking.

Kosay was fantastic. He arrived ahead of time and make direct contact, showing how friendly and cheerful he is. He gave us really useful information for our short visit and was a joy to spend time with on our journey into the city.

Most of the drivers were pleasant and spoke good English. Pick up was smooth and efficient. My only on complaint is that I was on Milos Island in Greece attempting to book a ride for when we return to Athens. The internet is spotty and kept cutting out. I never received the code from my bank confirming the transaction. I attempted to do it again later and this time it worked. When I checked later, it appeared both reservations were booked ( same time, same location). I cancelled one immediately and contacted them because there is a $20 euro fee if you cancel. As I said before, I had never confirmed the transaction with the bank. I have out in a dispute and got a message that they would look into it but I haven’t heard back.

This was our first time traveling to southern Italy. Knowing we did not have to navigate travel on the first and the last day, coming from and going to the airport, was a relaxing experience. The drivers were pleasant and courteous. And the cars were exceptional.
We would definitely use this service in the future.

This was my first time using welcome pickups. Our driver kept us informed once he arrived to the pickup location. He was early and ready for us whenever we were ready. He was so helpful and professional. This was an excellent experience. I highly recommend welcome pickups. We felt safe and confident in our driver.

The service provided by Welcome Pickups is very good and in particular our driver for four separate bookings in Istanbul, Mert Hanoglu, has been amazing. Mert is on time, considerate, a pleasure to deal with and follows up each time. It's been a real pleasure.

We had an excellent experience on both our pickups in Porto and Lisbon. Drivers were professional and knowledgable and couteous.

Taarik our driver made it so easy. Communication was simple through the app. He arrived early to the airport to pick us up in a very nice vehicle. He handled our luggage for us and was very friendly and polite. We had a nice conversation on our way to our cruise ship. He was a very good driver and I would highly recommend this company for a flawless transfer experience.

Our flight was late, the driver was still present to pick us up. He gave perfect instructions how to find him in the parking area and was very talkative and friendly. A very nice experience!
