If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Took along time to arrive, doesn't do what was advertised. Bra has absolutely no support doesn't go on the way it was advertised. Total waste of money. Emailed telling them this requesting refund after 5 emails or so offered a 70% discount. Even though the website stated 100% satisfaction or your money back. All I can say is false promises, false advertising. Just a load of.......
Was asked for more info via email. And gave the exact same info at least 3 times. Kept asking me if I wanted more stuff delivered. Ended up getting a partial refund but hey I can keep the original order. Just more crap to fill my bin. Poor customer service full stop. Steer well clear in future and will advise the same to everyone else.

It isn't the same bra as they show in the advert.
In short I wish I'd read the other reviews for this "posture correction" bra before I bought it. I followed an email video advert on Facebook that showed a bra that looked like it might help as I have a larger bust, but am not big overall. It was not the same bra that turned up. I will not longer be following links from Facebook and will chalk it up to experience.

Delivery time was 14 days, however their window for returns is also 14 days. This was just the first of the problems.
The advert clearly showed a front and back fastening posture support bra with two fastenings, one at the back and one at the front. The bra arrived today with a single front fastening. The fabric was poorly cut out, and managed to be both too big and too small at the same time. I wanted a 36H, was sent a 3XL. The bra cup was too small, the front fastening was too large and there is no way to adjust it. To be fair it in cost £8.99 in the sale, but it doesn't fit and the company is bombarding me with emails to buy more thing off them. I am waiting for customer support to contact me so I can try and return it.
Edit. I have now been contacted by customer service. As the company is based overseas there is no chance of a return. They have offered me a new bra, if I pay towards shipping. However, I am going to refuse this offer as the fit of this on is so poor, and has little resemblance to the garment in the click-bait advert, that i have no confidence that a new one would be any better.
After refusing I got a customer support message saying that they will process a refund for me.

If only I could give less than one star. (Edit: okay, they deserve one at least). I sent an email to support after receiving a product that was laughably smaller than advertised. They requested pictures or video. I sent pictures, not knowing what that would prove. They replied to my email with... My email. This continued so I have now emailed again fresh with all the info.
Very clearly scammers, avoid like the plague. I doubt they'll actually refund. Their return/refund policy is 14 days after order. The order takes those two weeks to even arrive so their returns policy isn't worth anything. Absolute rubbish.
Edit: amazingly I did get a partial refund and they didn't want the item back (wonder why). So actually one star as I would still advise everyone to avoid!

Bad customer service and sizing
Got their bras, XL because I’m larger bust, UK dress size 10-12. XL was way too small, I could barely get it on. Super uncomfortable and posture correction makes no sense.
Emailed asking for a refund. Had a couple replies but they just kept saying that I had to wait until my order had been delivered. Obviously it had been delivered and they’re just scamming time wasters. Don’t waste your money.

Not really posture correcting
Not sure this wireless posture correcting bra is worth it... it doesn't adjust my posture at all as the staps are fixed and the clips clip at the front which is as described but the ones advertised were pull over the head and tighten which corrects posture.. this bra I have received does not function in the same manner as was advertised. Material is this but soft and it was quite awkward to get on.. i ordered the size that was correct for me but seems too tight.. not sure how it can be advertised as a posture correction bra when its like a standard bra with clips at the front.. a bit disappointing really.. probably won't wear.

POOR PRODUCT
I purchased some foil dish covers that I thought would be ideal for keeping food hot or covering left overs. How wrong I was! The first three I tried to open up split so were useless. They are also much smaller and flimsier than they appeared in the listing. Total waste of money!

I purchased a raincoat and duly received my order but as it was too big I passed it on to a friend. I liked the coat so reordered in a smaller size, paid and have so far after so many request not received an order number or confirmation.... I ordered through Facebook. I've learnt my lesson no more Facebook purchases
