I ordered 2 plants. Expensive but I went ahead. After a very long time, 10 plants arrived! I have a small garden so gave lots away. I got an email saying my order was on the way. I emailed them again plus found they had taken more money. After lots more time a further 4 plants arrived. No response to emails. No phone number. I don't think they're criminal/fraudsters/baddies - just amazingly inefficient. Their email address is 'ineed help@..' I think its they who need help. Hopeless...

After a very long time the furniture polish arrived. It was sent to the wrong address (a kind neighbour brought it round), it was damaged - thebpolish all over thebpot and inside of the envelope. There was no papeework with so I found the company on my paypal account and found that they had set up unasked for repeat payments to them. Disgusting

Contrary to most of their reviews, I think Pulchrit's product is great. I bought their heatproof aluminium food covers. Really useful. They do what they say they will and, though delivery wasn't super fast, it wasn't terrible.

I ordered 1 bottle of pumpkin oil and went through the payment process to pay the introductory price of $9.94. As I presses pay now, it changed to $99 for 2 bottles plus 2 'free' bottles. Despite writing to them 6 times I havent had a reply. They have sent me emails saying the products are on their way. I don't want them. I wamt MY money back. This is a thoroughly disreputable company behaving criminally

I paid initially and didn't realise I had inadvertently subscribed. It must have been quite hidden or clever as I look out for such things. Now they've taken payment for a further three months - £41. I dont want it. I wrote. They replied with the standard ' nothing we can do about it' reply. If course there is! They could refund me as I requested It's THEIR CHOICE . I feel I've been scammed. This is unethical. The government has been discussing this very topic. This is a disreputable company. Dont use them.
I'm adding this afteir reply expressing their sadness at my experience and saying they are teviewing their policy a d I should contact them. I have contacted them. They have replied three times saying, as above - too bad - that's just how itbis as Ive written about above....

This is the same company that advertises under many different guises. You get loads of emails saying the order is in transit. They go on for months . I can't believe I've fallen for it AGAIN.... I'll be lucky to get this order in time for next Christmas.... Despite aaking for a refund and to cancel the order as soon as I got the first email, I just get loads more emails saying ots in transit. The stuff seems to come from China via America(!). Almost the worst thing about it is that Meta continue to take their ads despite them probably having loads and loads of complaints about this rotten conlmpany. Their name changed with all the different products so it's hard to spot but the emails are the same. If something looks too good to be true..

I ordered 3 separate items from what 3 separate ads on Instagram which seemed to be 3 seperate companies but, lo and behold, are all the same criminals. They took my money and Ive received nothing. 'Customer service' justbreplies to emails saying your order (nor even orders proving they dont even read the email) is on its way. HOW CAN IT BE OK FOR META TO ALLOW THESE CRIMINALS TO ADVERTISE?

The 2 men were extremely efficient and quick and very sensitive to my 96 year old mother for whom moving was very emotional

This company scams and defrauds people. I wish I had read all the scam investigating websites before I gave them £56 for clothes that never turned up. I got no response to emails. I found them through an ad on Instagram. If only Meta would stop allowing scurrilous companies to advertise....

Trustpilot is, for me, THE place to go to check out companies I may never have bought from. It has trustworthy reviews and, I'm sure, has saved me from giving money to untrustworthy companies.
The one rather weird thing I just came across though, is that Evri have two review pages. One where their reviews average 4*'s. The other with the (in my opinion more likely) 1*.....

Weirdly, there are 2 Trustpilot review pages for Evri - this one that averages 4*'s and another averaging 1*....
Changing its name from Hermes has done nothing to rectify it's abysmal performance. My parcels are left in random.locations in my huge block of flats. Often damaged. Yesterday, I managed to eventually find my parcel in a heap of other peoples' in a heap on the ground in a random part of corridoor on a random floor. It had paper stuck over my name.and address and the two boxes inside were squashed. DHL, Amazon, Royal.Mail etc manage to bring things to my flat or leave them at the reception desk. Why not Evri?.,.. The whole hassle of having to play hunt the parcel every time it's an Evri delivery is putting me off buying from companies that use them

As with many others - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Trying to return an item is like pushing a piano uphill. They clearly spend a fortune on advertising. Yet nothing on customer service. Don't they know the best way to grow a business is by good product and GOOD SERVICE. Listen put for them featured on Radio 4's consumer programme

Zeray and his colleague were incredibly efficient and hardworking. They were perfectionists and went way out of their way to do an amzing job and be incredibly helpful and polite and the whole experience was terrific. I can't praise them highly enough

I cancelled my order a minute after placing it as the shipping cost was twice the price of the item and didn't show til I'd clicked to pay. I emailed them immediately but as they don't look at emails for 4 days they'd already sent the thing and just suggested I send it back - incurring more shipping fees! Hopeless. Customer dis-service at its worst and stupidest

If it was possible I'd give it 0 stars. I bought a dress which appeared to be made of cotton or a cotton mix with a another cotton garment over it. After ages it arrived. It's made of transparent nylon. It's a completely different shape to that illustrated. The asymmetrical hem is so short on one side that my underwear shows, all bad enough. But... all I get from them is an offer to give me 10 dollars (!) - a quarter of what I paid and to keep it (why? To put in the bin?) or they say I can return it to China with huge postage involved. This despite the address for returns on the package being in London
This is the second (Chinese) Internet Co I've found on Instagram and been ripped off by. If we, the equally fed up reviewers here all contacted Instagram to point out that they're advertising companies who don't adhere to the laws in the countries they're dealing in and are stealing from customers, hopefully Instagram, Facebook and the like would stop placing their ads. Let's do it. Just write to Instagram/Facebook etc now
