Dash cam received on time and now installed

Great dashcam really easy to set up and use.
Shame it doesn't come with a memory card.

Great quality kit. The new App seems to be an improvement over previous and I’ve had no problem connecting to the camera.

Had a problem with the windscreen mount for Nextbase dashcam in the hot weather. So I looked for a suction mount and found a genuine one from Nextbase at a very good price. Delivery was very quick and the new mount is very good

Initially greeted by the AI, who on request put me through to Gareth. Not only good to speak to a human, but the level of service was incredible.
Its rare to find such good service these days.

2nd dashcam, works sometimes, doesn't record , overheats,

Sometimes it’s how a problem is handled that shows how good a company is.

My Nextbase 385 wa installed by the car dealer on a new vehicle but the consistency of recording was poor, missed trips etc.

I went through Nextbase support and while the problem was awkward due to not being able to cause a problem the support I received especially from Lewis was what should be expected but many companies don’t provide.

A new SD card was shipped out and after a couple of weeks checking it is proving to have resolved the issues.

Very poor customer service. I have order a full front and back dashcam package, it was supposed to be next day delivery. The experience started with the delivery not being the next day. I have received some products but the main front dash cam was missing. Called now 3 times to have this resolved and was told the sales team is looking into it (now for 2 days). It is now over a week and I still do not have what I ordered, no communication from the company when products are not sent out as needed and the person on the phone says i am sorry there is nothing I can do. Well I would definitely not recommend this company. Paying 400£ for the product and service for it to be installed, allowing enough time for it to be delivered, arrange your stuff to fit their timing for installation etc, to at the end not actually have a product still 2 weeks later is not acceptable. I would not order again from this company.

Very happy with the service when buying my Nextbase Dashcam.

Had my front and rear camera's installed , rear camera became loose after one day .Since still witing to be refixed !! .Whats happening ? ?

If only NextBase products were as good as their customer service staff. Returned a 5-week-old 622GW dashcam as it would not connect to the satellite that provides GPS data. Nextbase UK had the dashcam for nearly 3 weeks before replacing the faulty (albeit brand-new) dashcam with a REFURBISHED dashcam! Unbelievably, the replacement (refurbished) dashcam had exactly the same fault as the brand-new dashcam I had returned. I explained my frustration to a customer service advisor by the name of Mario, who totally agreed with the reasons for my my dissatisfaction and immediately supplied a return label for the refurbished unit, while also arranging for a brand-new replacement to be sent to me. Brilliant customer service supporting a poor product. Thank you Mario - you are truly a credit to NextBase.

Gareth was extremely helpful and courteous. I need a replacement power cable and he not only was extremely efficient in finding the part, but to my absolute delight said he would send a complimentary replace. I had a further question about the visibility of my IQ camera on my phone and he was able to quickly explain what I needed to do make the camera visible. Throughout, he was extremely helpful and polite, a credit to your company.

Five star service guys will recommend you to my friends and family I will also be buying from you soon keep up the excellent work.

Just 'upgraded' the 522 GW firmware - what a mistake as it is absolutely a step backwards !! Half the settings are now missing like being able to select clip length, and more importantly, duel files etc. etc. Now, for each clip, it creates FOUR files - Front camera High resolution, Rear High resolution but the does two LOW RESOLUTION as well - fills the SD card up even during short journeys - Yesterday, I drove to the local town and around there, when I got home after say an hours driving, over 5 hundred files ! I asked and was told a rollback to the previous version is not possible - The 33.9 is rubbish and technical department should think again!!

To have your Dashcam looked at by experts is a really good service. Kyenan kept us well up to speed during the fix including the diagnostic findings and the fix. Perhaps the experience could be enhanced by reporting progress immediately on receipt of the device at the repair centre

I’ve had very positive help from Phoenix & Nexy regarding replacement cables for my Nextbase IQ ( due to moving the IQ to another car )
They replied to all my emails within 24 hours and replaced my cables free of charge.
