My policy was explained clearly,the agent was very polite answered all my questions.payments are by direct debit all set up easily good value and covers all my needs.

After the latest purchase of an aid for…

After the latest purchase of an aid for my disabled wife I realised that I already had a pre- existing extant policy for another device. I rang Mark Bates and spoke to a very understanding and competent lady who instantly said that she could fix the problem and conjoin both pieces of equipment onto one policy.
This action / move in fact saved us money in the long run. Very efficient and honest. A pleasure to do business with the Company. Good understanding of problems with a well explained method to resolve the issue.Monique the lady who assisted us on the day could not have been more helpful or more understanding of the problem I presented her with. Tidied up my insurance folder and made matters easier to understand. The cost of the insurance was not at an exorbitant price and what was refreshing no charges for altering details on the policy, most refreshing and honest!
