I recently had a problem with my chair so i phoned after sales to speak with the tech about why my chair wouldnt switch on only it did work While on a charge. I was then sent a link to video my chair and also talk with him at the same time,i must say although it sounds a bit bizarre my problem was quickly fixed and fast and working in a matter of mins.THANK YOU for the great service

having problems with my mobility and buying lots of different aids some very expensive i was really worried about buying a new wheel chair it would be my third,i also have a scooter but i wasnt too keen to use.we decided to go to careco to get information on something more suited to my needs.I was very impressed with the product knowledge and information about all the different types of adaptions i would find useful and more fitting with my mobility.after choosing a powered wheelchair i was encouraged to test it out in the building and outside over pavements and roads,Abigale at careco in sheffield was brilliant explaining things both my husband and myself found very easy to understand and the prices are reasonable too.

Give customers correct details don't keep passing around to different apartments who have no clue what's happening either
