Excellent service
We have been with Broadway Travel for a number of years going to Malta, they provide an excellent service and nothing is too much trouble to ensure everything is excellent. I spoke to Lucy today with a question and her service was excellent, quickly answered. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I have booked a holiday to Egypt. With the help, time and offering little added extras we found this to be a fairly pleasant booking. My only criticism which is minor, is I did need to ask to repeat the exact details again a couple of times.
Overall a healthy 4 stars is deserved.

Was rushed through booking was unsure what itinerary was and she did not explain I phoned later and the women was off shift 10 minutes after my call
Did not get clarification on what luggage was included and how to transfer between resorts

First class!
We booked our cruise through Broadway Travel, and can highly recommend them. We had major issues with our cruise company which resulted in having to cancel our cruise.
Our travel agent, Lynsey, went above and beyond to ensure we received a full refund. She never gave up, even when we had accepted the fact that we would lose some money.
We will definitely use Broadway Travel again in the future, and hopefully get Lynsey again!

Wonderful customer service
We had seen a holiday to Egypt that we were interested in and emailed Broadway for further details. We received an email back from Iantha Smith who was very helpful. She answered all our questions promptly.
We had an issue when we were on the phone to make a payment as we had a problem with the internet. Iantha was vey patient with us while we sorted it out, but we got there in the end. Thank you, Iantha for your help and patience with us. This is our first time dealing with Broadway and are very happy with the service so far, thank you.

Our flights were with Ryanair
Our flights were with Ryanair, they sent us an email changing our flight times. The flights were not acceptable to us as they were very late. We found flights with Easyjet which were acceptable and contacted Broadway Travel explaining what had happened and that we'd like to change. Within 30 minutes we received an email from Broadway Tavel they had changed our flights to Easyjet at no extra cost to us and all the revised documents were in the portal. Top service from Jacqui!
