Our recent dealing with National Tiles was exceptional and efficient. Initially, we got hold of Amber who we dealt with +4 years ago when we were building to see if she still had our tile code in her systems and more importantly, if National Tiles still stocked them, and she got back to us on the turn with that info.
Then, whilst we were online looking for the tile and doing a little research, we wanted to find our which of your branches had sufficient stock of the tile; and decided to use the Chat Room functionality and Maree who “took our call” and we “spoke” to was so friendly and helpful with the information she shared during that conversation.
Placed the order online and paid for the consignment; the website was pretty easy to navigate as well just as a FYI.
The communications back to us to give us updates on the status of our order and its delivery were consistent and regular and we knew each step in the process and what was where.
Even the phone call from the delivery driver on the day of delivery was appreciated and we could confirm our delivery instructions.
It was an absolute pleasure the whole contact, process and experience.

Reason why I didn't give 5 Stars was because, comparing your site to others, on the other sites if you select to pay by PayPal early on in the ordering process, by doing so, PayPal pre-populates your order form with your address.
MyDeal you had to put all of your details first and then go to payment.
Might only be a few steps, however I did make a note of this.

Communication around the status of my order and what was happening was excellent and the final product was great. Really happy with the experience
