Ancient Remedies Reviews 

This is a total scam. I purchased this book about 6 months ago and have never received it. I have sent at least 4 emails asking where it is and I have only received one response the very first email saying they were sorry and they would be sending it right away. The last 3 emails have gone unanswered. DO not waste you money.

I recently ordered The Natural Healing Handbook and had an issue with the delivery. I contacted the company by email on a Sunday and had a reply promptly on Monday, informing me that the correct book was being mailed that day. The book duly arrived and I didn't even have to return the wrong book; they just told me to keep it. The customer service staff were efficient and polite at all times, and I was very impressed with the service.
I was also impressed with the book. It is a mine of information, very well organized and the remedy recipes are described in detail, easy to follow, and use ingredients that many people already have on hand or that are easy to obtain. I will be trying some of them this week. I am so glad I bought this book, it is an invaluable resource for anyone who prefers natural solutions over popping another pill. I highly recommend both the book and the company!

I ordered and paid $97.24 for two book 5’s on August the 6th and still have not received my books they took my money for either send me my books or give me my money back! One was a gift for my sister! This is very bad for your business!

I have received exceptional service and support from this company especially from Clark. I ordered the natural healing book but did not receive it for some reason, however it said it had been delivered.not the fault of the company but the post office. I then got in touch with the company to let them know. They did not hesitate to send me another book after me confirming my full address and at no extra cost. They have been so helpful. After receiving the book I have not been disappointed with its contents and now look forward to making natural remedies.😁👍

While there was a SNAFU on the delivery, I was able to contact them and got an almost immediate response. Iqra was my contact and they were understanding of my concerns and helped take care of the issue. I am now enjoying my new book and planning on using some of the recipes and suggestions in it.

I accidentally ordered more books than i wanted. Rena got it taken care of within 24 hours. I truly appreciate her fast service and kindness. Thank you again.

BUYER BEWARE! I paid money for the Newly Advertised Natural Healing Handbook 5th edition x 3 for other Family members.
What I received was a previous outdated AI GENERATED version. Although I may be able to gain some value from this book, I will still have to individually research every item I'm unfamiliar with in this book to confirm it's accuracy, and not AI Slop. This Obvious AI GENERATED book, with NO IMPRINT PAGE DISPLAYING COPYRIGHT, AUTHOR, PUBLISHER, ETC DETAILS, was not the purchase I expected to receive. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM ANCIENT REMEDIES AGAIN, And I'll be extra careful to make sure I do not purchase anything from associated or networked companies in the future.

I ordered two books and was charged for two, but I only received one. I never dealt with this company before and figured I was out the money. I called and the agent noticed that I did indeed order two, was charged for two, but the order in their system only showed one. I was put on hold for a minute. The gentleman came back, apologized, and said another book is on the way no charge, including shipping. I got an email and sure enough no charge. I couldn't believe how wonderful the customer service is. I wish all companies were like this.

I had a query on my order, and it was attended to by Biehn, very promptly, thank you for your assistance. Have not received my book as yet but can't wait to get reading.

Had a problem with shipping the book o wanted to my specific location … ended up getting the bundle since it featured that one book … even tho the problem persisted the support team didn’t give up and helped me find the best solution trying to solve the issue again and again … nana will be happy 👵 😊 .. with her Joint and Mobility Handbook … thanks Iqra for the persistence..

After doing research and reading about customer issues of overcharging and delivery of wrong items, long delays in delivery or non delivery, I wouldn't dare risk putting in an order to Australia! This site appears to be very untrustworthy.
