Absolute scam artists! Sent from China - NOT Sydney as advertised. Completely different box and different looking unit. When i complained, i was told not to use the unit and to send pictures/video's e.t.c. Did all that. Waited weeks for a response. They wanted all the same info again. Asked for a refund - nothing. I've just spent weeks hoping to claim through PayPal only to be told "the transaction was processed correctly". So NO refund through them either. I'm more than furious. DO NOT deal with this company

This product is not what is advertised. It is very cheaply made and certainly not worth the hefty price tag. It is shipped from overseas as it has a customs label and international postage on the packaging. It took over two weeks to arrive even though the advertising states it’s shipped “from Sydney within 24 hours”. Customer service (international email address) was very slow to respond and completely stopped interaction when asked for a refund. They will not respond to my emails now.
Save your money, time and frustration and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Advertising made out product was developed in NZ, took a very long time to arrive with no response after emailing quite a few times.
Item was not like in advertising, no logos etc just a cheap product from overseas somewhere. DO NOT PURCHASE

Wrong item received and they've made it so difficult to return..to some obscure address in HongKong when they advertise "NZ"half the reason I purchased in the first place. Shocking lack of contact. Weeks to arrive. Numerous emails to no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM.

-5 stars. It seems these people are spending money on these ads to make the product legitimate and then take your money. Total scam.

Scammers,marketed to perfection but utter bullshit

Mendable is a SCAM. Don't touch it. The shoulder product is ineffective. Initial deliver was over 6 weeks. Trying to communicate with them was totally frustrating. They offered a full refund after a month's trial and then ignored all emails requesting the refund and to return the product. They prey on people who are compromised with injury and pain. August / September 2026

When you try to get a refund to their email address, they give you a case number with an automatic email stating that they will get back to you on 1 to 2 business days and they don't. So each time you write back to them they just give you another case number. They are scammers and don't do what their refund policy states and it doesn't come from Australia as stated

Still waiting on delivery from what I understood to be 3 days from Auckland! Tracking number is a China port so this must be a scam!! Will be sending back if/when I get it. Better get a refund as they promise 🤬🤬 I must be more careful next time.

Ordered knee brace. Did NOT automatically turn off as advertised. Did not hold charge, had to recharge after every couple of uses. After a couple of months stopped vibrating completely. Cannot get a response from company about a refund or a replacement. I should have read more reviews before buying.

Wasnt what I ordered, emailed company, no replys to my emails, even sent them photos of what they sent me & told them this wasn't what I ordered, SCAM all right.
I just sent off another email, please DO NOT BUY.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for the product to arrive (they state 7-10 working days) I have tried multiple times to contact them with no response. The tracking service is woeful and has no information at all

Was expecting what was advertised but got a totally different item to the picture. Not happy that the item was from Temu which I could have got from there for a third of the price not happy at all. Mendable NZ are a con company be carefully what you purchase from here check Temu first.

Total scam, pretending to be a NZ company. Poor product sourced from China with no customer support.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering the Mendable shoulder. The product does not work and the company doesn’t respond to emails. It is not shipped from Sydney as claimed, took 3 weeks to arrive and and each time I send an email I get an automated response with a new case number and an undertaking that I will receive a response in 1-2 business days. After more than a month there’s only silence. Avoid this scam.

It’s a scam. Never received anything and no contact or response to emails etc.

Huge Disappointment- Product arrived not working correctly. Contacted company via their website/e-mail. Auto response with ticket #. No phone/e-mail or follow-up by company. Sent in 5 more requests over the last 2 weeks. Still no response except for auto generated one. No other way to contact the company. I finally gave up and asked my credit card company to reverse the charges and they did so.

This company and web site is a scam.

They ship from China, not Auckland and delivery is very slow and products first work in my experience.
After sales support and service= ZERO.
All overseas based, nothing here in Kiwi land.

Have emailed 4 times requesting refund as per their return guarantee and no response.
My emails now just loop back to me.

I’ve reported them to the Commerce Commission to follow up.

All their claims are false; there are no Orthopaedic Surgeons that recommend their products.

It’s all words and hollow ones at that.

Look at all the other reviews on Trust Pilot.
I wish I had before buying as the reviews on their web site are false with no merit.
There is no provision to leave feedback or reviews on their web site.

I ordered and paid for Mendable shoulder, but has never been delivered, should of read these reviews first, there has been no response to my emails.
Do not buy these products!

First off I couldn’t trace my delivery on the shop site that you have to download the app.
I emailed the NZ email and got emailed failed then found the overseas email so sent off my concern they responded and said will follow my request about not being able to track, nothing more.
Long story short it is not the product I thought I was ordering like everyone here I have been scammed for a inferior
Product that is nothing like the promotion pictures. Buyers be very aware.🤨
