Ordered a farm set 28th September then realised it's coming from china ! I would never have ordered it if I knew it wasn't from the UK. No tracking and no response. if I don't receive by Monday I'm going to the bank to reverse the payment. I'm not paying £23 for nothing.

Ordered two items for my grandson and they came within two weeks and he loves them

Little delayed in returning emails but thorough in their response. Delivery had not arrived but all arrived and my grandson happy

Really really shoddy experience wished I’d never placed an order. Made an order in June 2026, when it hadn’t arrived after four weeks followed up with customer service. They offered a 20% discount rather than a full refund. Then said still on way. But item still hasn’t arrived and despite multiple attempts to contact they are not responding. Complete sham and fake business. Do not trust.

Was advertised as being UK based which was false. Shipped from China which took 3 weeks to arrive. Arrived badly damaged and unusable. Emailed in to be told to HEAT the lamp up to remould it into shape and if it burns to stop. Basically put your safety at risk cause we won’t refund you. I was then told to ship it back to GERMANY at my own cost. I have since been ignored. Luckily, my credit card company will refund the cost but DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Bought a Soft Mini barn and animals for my Grandson for Christmas, it arrived and is such a gorgeous little gift but.... the cardboard box it arrived in, which was an animated box which is part of the present was all smashed in but.... I have to give so much credit to Smartmoms as they responded brilliantly. They sent a replacement box and sent it flat packed so it was not damaged and they informed me of everything they were doing. Brilliant Customer Service. I would definitely use this Company again. Yes took a while to receive it but again I was informed every step of the way. Cannot fault them.

Sent for crayons for my toddler granddaughter,these are lovely and perfect for her to use!The crayons come in a handy storage box too!

Quality of product is really good.
Easy navigation of the smartmoms website while shopping.
Prices are relatively cheap also.
Delivery took a bit of time but not too much.
Notification of delivery process was a plus also.

Ordered a lovely little sensory item from smart mom's, well packaged, arrived fairly quickly and the item was of good quality, plush soft material, bright colours and textures to capture a toddlers imagination.

Delightful item for my great grandson, beautifully made and extremely good quality. He absolutely loves it.

Beautiful little farm yard & animals, my granddaughter loves it. Will be looking for more ideas for Christmas.

The absoloute worst website to buy from,cheap shoddy items arriving damaged and very late.you can't ask for a refund without sending items back to Germany even though website states UK shipping

I ordered a picture frame from my granddaughter but the colour didn't suit when I requested information about a refund I was asked the reason but since I responded I have heard nothing more. The second item I ordered has a piece missing and again I have had no response. When I tried to phone the number came up as invalid. These combined with the slow delivery will ensure I never use this company again.

Bought this for grandaughter who imo always looked uncomfortable when she was asleep in car seat ..bought this and difference it makes supports her so her head is not slumped forward looks comfy now when shes asleep in car ...delivery was quick...very happy with purchase if thinking about buying dont hesitate ☺️

I had not received my product and was unable to track it so I emailed Smartmoms. They dealt with my issue very quickly and I received my order a few days after. Great customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
after 9 weeks still haven’t received my order sent them evidence from the courier I have not received my item awaiting a refund after all this time after formal complaints! still nothing but the odd email after two weeks! Will be taking this issue further to the relevant standards!
