Scammers, fraudulent adverts
Was advertised as being UK based which was false. Shipped from China which took 3 weeks to arrive. Arrived badly damaged and unusable. Emailed in to be told to HEAT the lamp up to remould it into shape and if it burns to stop. Basically put your safety at risk cause we won’t refund you. I was then told to ship it back to GERMANY at my own cost. I have since been ignored. Luckily, my credit card company will refund the cost but DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
