I have spoken to Moving Intelligence on several occasions. Now, most recently concerning another caravan we will be buying in the new year, and in addition, extra security needed for the lockers and door.
They are always helpful when I phone them. Today it was Nicole I spoke to. She went the extra mile by finding out exactly what products and the price required, not without double checking first that it was correct for me.
In the past, I have had similar experience from other members of staff.

I changed vehicles and needed to remove my old tracker and install for my new camper and Brooke made it so easy and dealt with everything! Would highly recommend no issues whatsoever and a great service

I was unable to log on to MiPhantom App after an apparent iPhone software upgrade. I tried all suggested methods by browser AI, including finally deleting & reinstalling the App all to no avail. After speaking with MI reception, I was phoned back by Liam from Tech Support who quickly sorted out the problem.

I have used the Moving Intelligence service for two years now and am still impressed by the professionalism and dedication shown by the control room staff.
If my vehicle is started or moved without going through the correct schedule of events the alert is sent straight to me.
The control room staff alert me about what has happened in a polite but efficient way and resolve any issues immediately.
If I need to alert them about the vehicle being serviced or left at the dealer and it is not in my possession they note it and the location it is at and only alert me if it has been moved from that location.
For an incredibly busy organisation with thousands of users, the staff in the control room are a credit to the company. As mentioned above they are polite, efficient and understanding when you call, or they need to contact you.
The customer service stands out above anything you could expect. The staff need to be highly praised for what they do working is such a busy job.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Moving Intelligence service to anyone, I believe it is the best cover available on the market, made better by the dedication shown but the staff monitoring the service.

The fact that I now have peace of mind regarding the tracking of my motorhome.

I called Liam today and he went through my queries on my mileage and I’m found him really helpful helping me get my query sorted out. What was nice that he rang me back just to tell me that it all been sorted and adjusted on my portal. thanks Liam. It’s really helpful. 👍

This is the second vehicle that I have had the S5 and immobiliser installed on from Moving Intelligence. The service I have received is always prompt, friendly and effective. The kit works well and allows full monitoring of your vehicle by you. I changed my contract and had to speak to Nicole, who sorted things out rapidly and knowledgely. Excellent company.

Just got off the phone to Nicala at moving intelligence.
And I have to say she was extremely patient with me as I have no clue what I was doing. Very informative with everything she told me and sent me a load of emails for my system. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend anybody that doesn't know a lot about this on their vehicle to give her a call.

Got a very nice call from Brooke Woolston today reminding me of my lapsed moving intelligence cover. Really happy she called as i had totally forgotten to renew.
she went through my options and renewed it painlessly.

I have a tracker on my campervan and had an issue with the alarm going off. I rang through and spoke to Albany who talked me through the steps I needed to take which immediately resolved the issue. Albany was very clear in her communication with me and followed up with an email as well - great customer service thank you.
