I have no prior knowledge of vehicle trackers, but having recently purchased a vehicle with a moving intelligence iTrackUlt already on board, I needed to set up my own account. Brooke took my call and made the whole sign up very easy indeed. She explained the different payment options and was very courteous throughout our call. Brooke followed up our call with confirmation emails and a really useful list of functionality features of my device. She has subsequently messaged to check that everything is working well.

Declan listened carefully, worked out the best package for me and my family and efficiently coordinated our switch to new contracts. Broadband, a tv package and four sim only contracts dealt with so efficiently. Thank you Declan.

The caravan and Motorhome club has been an excellent organisation for us as new campervanners. The regular magazines are interesting with ideas of places to stay as well as articles on equipment.
We’ve loved staying on Club sites as they are always of an excellent standard- clean, well run and well maintained.
We’ve got discounts on some purchases as well as on LeShuttle and Emovis Tag just from being members.

Spout Cottage is a fabulous venue to get away from it all - it is beautifully appointed, well equipped and really very cosy.
The views, surrounding countryside and the nearby walks made for a wonderful short break.
It was easy communicating with the caretaker for the property and nothing was too much trouble for them.
We would certainly return to Spout Cottage for another holiday.

Had a problem with delivery which I was struggling to resolve by phone but after a poor trust pilot review and a twitter DM, all resolved! Mistakes happen, but how a company deals with them is what matters most to me… thanks Homebase.
