Booked for tracker and immobiliser on monday 12th. 3 working days later was advised cannot install until 23rd. Makes mockery of the 1 to 4 days leadtime. Cannot be available 23rd so requested refund and now gave to wait up to 10 days for my money back so I can go elsewhere. Not what I expect from a large company giving excuses about new car registrations delaying Install dates.

Really poor, I think this may be a scam company who have paid for good reviews.
We ordered a ghost immobiliser. No response for over a week to fit, even though website says 1-4 days. I emailed, called (no answer then cut line several times). Eventually got someone to fit it another week later. It stopped working 2 days in. I've spent a week trying to get the guy to come and fix it. He's not shown up twice when he said he would. I've emailed the company, no response. I'm now on hold...again. Please, please don't make the mistake I did. Find a better company as I think I've been scammed.

Yasir was very helpful in advising what was best for the security of my car GTR R35 all booked for the engineer guy to come out and install.

The service I received from Edson Dias was excellent. All work carried out was very professionally and all was explained to me in great detail. Everything was left clean and all was tested on completion of works.
This engineer arrived on time and was very helpful and professional at all times.

Purchased CAT 2 Immobilser from them on 22nd Sept 26 with 1-4 day installation quoted. After three days of not hearing from them contacted them to be told by installation side that they had no record on their system as Sales had not entered information on. Told they would call me back, they didn't (also spent 30 minutes trying to get hold of them in the first place).

Called back the following day spent 20 minutes waiting for call to installation to be answered, gave up and selected Option 1 and Sales, 'miraculously' phone was answered within 10 minutes. Funny how that seems to work. Again was told they would check and call me back, said I would hold since they failed to call me back previously. Asked to speak with Manager explained situation and I then received email saying my installation request had been received by SGH Connect and they would contact me to set up an installation date. Had to chase them and booked install in on the 30th (so much for their 1-4 days installation).

On 30th installer turned up for last appointment of the day (1700) who was pleasant, stated SGH have installed lots of the Immobilisers in Toyota RAV 4 Hybrids. Unfortunately this was clearly the first one of this model he had attempted to install as he could not get it working, didn't realise that key fobs needed coding to the device and could not identify the correct wiring to connect it. Numerous phone calls by him to others and after a number of hours and darkness I suggested he go home and return the following day. I was told that the product was unsuitable for my car and it may require an alternative one.

Car was left in bits and the following day he returned and was talked through the installation by someone else over the phone. We got there in the end.

Not sure if the business model is that installation is subcontracted out as installer came out in his own vehicle so no liveried van as shown on their website. I don't have an issue with this. My recommendation would be for them to have a knowledge base reference tool so engineers can see product compatibility for vehicles and 'best practice' method of installing the devices to them, as this would have made the engineers life a lot easier.

Had to chase for installation certificate for insurers.

My main issue is with the poor communication by Trackershop and their highly inaccurate service level agreement of 1-4 day installation, as they are clearly not meeting this. Extremely poor customer engagement unless you are chasing them

Our engineer Edson Dias arrived on time, was very polite and fitted the security devices to our car in a clean and tidy manner. We now feel our car is properly protected against unwanted theft so we are very happy with this service. Everyone should get a ghost immobiliser. Ordering was easy and I had a date booked within a week. Highly recommend

Trackershop was very efficient and friendly helping me to chose a cost effective package fulfilling my requirements. I purchased the Ghost 3 imobiliser and Scorpion 5 tracker system. Both were expertly fitted by Eugene the local installation engineer. Eugene arrived on time having kept informed at all times regarding the installation time. Eugene took time and consideration in giving a full demonstration and explanation to someone not to tech savvy. Thanks to all.

Just spoke to Yas from trackershop. Was very helpful, straight forward and no messing around!! Got my order sorted within 10 minutes and answered all my questions/ suggested me the best options to go with. Would 100% recommend going through him for anything you need…

My experience was good, spoke with Yas and bought the S5+ tracker/immobiliser, good guy knows what’s he talking about. Paid and then has an issue with the call centre to book the installation, texted Yas, he called me straight back and sorted it out for me, so all good

Form the very first contact with Trackshop to the last, the process could not have been simpler. I ordered my trackers, made the payment and booked a date for the install.
Edson (the installer) messaged me evening before the install to confirm when he would be with me, and then again in the morning to let me know he was a few minutes away.

My cars have a few special requirements, I discussed these with Edson and he took these into consideration when installing.

The end to end experience with Trackershop was excellent and Edson was outstanding - thank you Edson.

Purchased the immobiliser and tracker package online, received a call for a booking. I received a text for a time window, and then on the day of install received a message of ETA. Installation process was very quick, Edson Dias was extremely professional and walked me through all the details of how to use everything and answered the couple questions I had. I have tried the features on my own and everything is working perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the service, highly recommend.

I ordered on the 1/8/26 for the 1-4 day installation to be given an installation date of the 18/8 so I rang back and cancelled my order which the chap on the phone said would take 2-3 days for the refund to be processed, fast forward a week to be greeted with the same response, I thought ok maybe a misunderstanding to ring back a week later to be told exactly the same response now at 22 days from placing order and still no refund Passing this on to a solicitor now as getting bored of hearing the same thing 3 times

Would not recommend whatsoever.

Got a tracker installed on 07/08/26 which ended up not working, the car was left in a dirtier state, trim pieces were incorrectly installed as well as receiving a deep scratch on my leather glovebox. I tried messaging the installer about the tracker not working and he refused to take responsibility and blamed the tracker company.

Emailed Trackershop to complain about the service and they managed to send out another installer and kudos to Dan, was able to figure out the wiring was incorrect which was rectified on 10/08/26.

Since then despite numerous email chase ups on 26/08/26 and 06/09/2026, there's been radio silence from Adam and Charmaine regarding my damaged glovebox.

Honestly thought it would be safer/peace of mind going with a big company for the installer but ended up being a nightmare customer experience.
