Voy are very supportive and really helped with my weight loss journey, I lost 1stone 8lb in total, I have more to loose but sadly can’t afford to stay with the program

Wasn't able to use due to it stopping food from leaving my stomach until it caused vomiting and diarrhoea. The last time I tried, I ended up in hospital with acute kidney injury from the severe vomiting and diarrhoea.

Feel really disappointed that the 1.5 mg has not made the slightest bit of difference 😔 The next lot is £160 which is a heck of a lot of money if it doesn’t work. I hadn’t realised it was £50 to cancel. Perhaps I am careless and should have read the small print. I am willing to try 4mg dose but will not be impressed if it doesn’t work. With everything being so expensive these days it’s a lot of money to waste.

What a joke potentially selling injectable TRT and when you contact them you get a AI computer and nobody to talk to.

The actual test they send out for your first blood sample is laughable it is actually a joke x amount of blood from a finger prick into a vial honestly I am laughing at how anybody can fill that vial from a finger prick.

I wouldn't mind a refund but honestly VOY can keep it.

No customer service I am glad I actually didn't get to the point of taking TRT with them, who would i have spoken to if i needed anything. The computer AI?

Amazing advice, no hard sell and useful advice

I have gone through the process from signing up, making payment, through to delivery and having my first injection, and I was very impressed. The online sign up was straightforward and went through Q&A's to ensure it was appropriate. The app is excellent and very useful, with clear instructions and processes, and plenty of photo and video content to re-assure you at every step. And an AI agent that gives really useful answers to any questions, with the option to speak to a human if needed

Test kit not delivered. Response was simply a message telling me that it was delivered and a tracking number that doesn’t work. I live in a quiet private road and know all the delivery people that come to my door they know where to leave parcels if I am not at home so I have no doubt that they are not to blame. Im not sure if taking payment for test kits and then not providing them is part of the company’s business model as I fail to see what this company thinks I stand to gain by being dishonest as these kits alone are of no value. Should have just apologized and sent the kit if this was a genuine mistake. I will now use my influence to dissuade many others from this scam company.
