Please please please save your money, delivery takes weeks,when i asked for a refund they said my items where on their way.. Lies Lies Lies my stuff have not even been sent out. These Cowboys import cheap shit from China and put fancy photos up, save your money as they are simply NOT the quality in the photos..

Title: Serious concerns about the returns process — read this before spending £220

My experience with EliteCarSeat has been appalling, and I want other customers to be aware of the problems I have encountered.

I paid £200+ for seat covers advertised as a premium, bespoke product. What I received was massively disappointing. The covers look cheap, fit poorly and bear little resemblance to the photographs on the website. The quality and overall finish are nowhere near what I expected for the price.

However, my concerns go beyond the product itself. I have been trying to arrange a return and obtain a refund, and I have serious concerns about the returns process.

EliteCarSeat provided me with the following return address:

I understand this address may be associated with a virtual mailroom or parcel-receiving service. I have concerns about whether it can actually accept returned parcels, particularly given the reported “no parcels” policy. If a customer is instructed to send goods to an address that cannot accept them, that raises serious questions about how the return and refund process is supposed to work.

I have also been concerned by the proposed possibility of receiving only 70% of my money back after returning the goods. I have not received that refund, and I want clear written confirmation of the conditions, the return arrangements and exactly how much I will be refunded.

A retailer should provide customers with a workable return procedure and clear refund terms. Customers should not be left out of pocket while trying to return a product that falls so far short of their expectations.

I am documenting my experience and intend to raise my concerns with the appropriate consumer protection organisations if this matter is not resolved.

My advice is to exercise caution before ordering. Look carefully at the product photographs, understand the returns policy before paying, and obtain written confirmation of the return address and refund terms.

I spent £200+ and have been left deeply dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I spent £220 expecting a set of premium, bespoke car seat covers based on the images and presentation on their website. What arrived was massively disappointing. The covers look cheap, fit poorly and bear virtually no resemblance to the advertised photographs. The finished result in my car looks absolutely dreadful compared with what I was led to expect.

The quality is nowhere near what I would expect for £220. Honestly, they look like the sort of cheap seat covers you could find on Temu, not a premium product sold at this price.

The customer service has been just as frustrating. When I raised my concerns, the response focused on reassuring me about the materials and asking me to locate the rear covers, rather than properly addressing my concerns about the quality and misleading appearance. I had to explain repeatedly how disappointed I was with what I had actually received.

I feel completely ripped off. The difference between the website images and the actual product is shocking, and I would never have paid £220 had I known what the covers would really look like.

In my opinion, the advertising creates a very misleading impression of the product. I am now seeking a full refund.

My advice to anyone considering ordering: look very carefully at the reviews and think twice before spending your money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend EliteCarSeat.

delivery very slow and seat covers did not fit, still waiting for reply to my email to them for a full refund

Wish I had read the REAL reviews before wasting £22 on returning the worse product I’ve come across. Nothing like the advertisement picture. Messy and didn’t fit properly. I was expecting the advertisement product and ended up with cheap, poorly fitting with no instructions product.
I found an online fitting video in the end but nothing was going to improve the poor fitting as it’s the way it’s actually made.
If you’re happy with paying £200+ on £50 seat covers then this is right up your street.
So disappointed

I was really looking forward to fitting the covers as they looked very smart on the advert.
The quality looked excellent on unpacking but I soon realised that the fit was extremely poor.
They were far too large in every way.
I was very disappointed as I believed that they were made to suit my vehicle.
I asked for a full refund and was initially offered 50% refund to keep them and then 70%.
I didn't want to keep them so returned them.
I had to pay nearly £14.00 to return them which was annoying. The return address shown on their original delivery label was completely wrong.
I have just received a refund.
The communication with their office was very efficient.

I finally got around to fitting them went on easy look really good the wife is well happy because they are for her caddy.

It was simple to place my order, I received updates on where my order was and they were delivered on time.
Excellent quality and would highly recommend Elite seat covers.

These seat covers fit really well look good and are comfy to sit on long journeys. You can wipe down with a damp cloth as well. I would buy again from Elitecarseat and recommend to others.

Selecting Elite was one of the best choices I’ve made I think. I’ve just bought a new truck and I wanted a seat cover that looked great , fitted my seats perfectly, getting in and out of seat the seat cover stayed exactly where you wanted it…. On the seat. Easy to fit. And looked brilliant and very comfortable. Far better than a I’ll fitted canvas cover. From order to delivery Elite outstanding. Thank you again. Totally recommend them. I have to say that I’m very happy with my two front seat covers from this Company. They were straightforward to fit and the quality of the material is excellent would definitely recommend if you’re looking for covers that look and feel great.

They were easy to fit, look great in my new van and are comfortable to drive for long periods.

The overall quality of the seat covers is excellent, the front seat covers fit extremely well and look first class, the only issue we found was with the rear seat cover being one piece, as the headsets did not fit properly on my mini for some reason, having contacted your customer services the issue was rectified and a separate pair of head set covers were shipped to us, these are now fitted and look amazing. Top quality products & service, would recommend 100%.

Very happy with my seat covers for my Isuzu Dmax. They are very good quality. They provide a firmer feel when sat in the vehicle. The fit is excellent and they look great. I would recommend these seat covers. Delivery was quick and easy.

Although the quality of the seat covers are good the customer service is appalling when I tried to return the seat covers as they did not fit to the return address on their Web site they were refused even though they said they said as a gesture of good will they would except them this was at a cost to me of £10. Appalling service ,in my opinion steer well clear.

Absolutely love our covers. Great colour orange and black which match our black car and black wheels with orange calipers. Shame back covers didn't fir but excellent customer service, quick response to any queries. Thanks
