Although the quality of the seat covers are good the customer service is appalling when I tried to return the seat covers as they did not fit to the return address on their Web site they were refused even though they said they said as a gesture of good will they would except them this was at a cost to me of £10. Appalling service ,in my opinion steer well clear.

Total lack of communication regarding delivery .Delivered 5 days later than agreed promised on several occasions for delivery after contacting customer services .
All in all a very poor showing fron Calor .

Please accept my apologies for the recent delivery issues.
I've located your account and can see that on 2.3.26 the driver ran out of driving hours, and therefore could not legally carry on driving. The delivery was then rescheduled and was put onto the backshift on 4.3.36, however, you requested for the delivery to be cancelled due to the time of the evening the driver would be arriving. This appears to have happened again on 6.3.26 according to the case notes.
Thankfully, the delivery was made on 7.3.2.6, and though I do apologise that the delivery was made later than you wanted, I'm glad to know that there was no loss of supply.
