Review of Octopus Energy
My experience with octopus customer support was very positive. The lady who dealt with my enquiry was both pleasant and helpful. I thank her for her time. Unfortunately I may leave octopus energy. I have come to the end of a fixed term deal and octopus energy’s prices are rising. They no longer seem to be the cheapest energy provider. They push for green energy but prices still rise even though we’re told green energy will lead to cheaper bills. Not happy.

Review of Openreach
The router didn’t go where the original one was, I don’t have enough sockets where it is now. Some of the cameras of my alarm system won’t connect to WiFi. They all worked fine before. Overall things could have gone better.will call sky to try and resolve.
